ID *** - I would like to give a little details about the Complaint: 1.) The Unit(s) in total , Softener, Neutralizer, Depth Filter, and UV was purchased by the previous Homeowner *** *** in 7/While *** *** owning these units she only had service calls on the unitsIn 11/7/
she had a annual Service on the Neutralizer ( which should have service the unit annually in which was never doneThe other Service was performed on 1/28/the week before she sold the house to *** *** for repairs on Softener.2.) Back on 2/10/the new owner *** *** called into the office to inform us that she is the new owner and questioned the office what she had in place and what/when it would need serviceMy office personnel gave her the details and they scheduled a Service for the Annual Service that was past due from the previous homeowner on the Neutrializer.3.) On 3/1/my tech provided the Annual Service on the Neutralizer only (all the other equipment was not asked to look at) total cost of $Customer paid.4.) On 4/14/my tech went out again after ** *** called us for service that she was having problems again but on another piece of equipment (Depth Filter)We had a service go out and per the repairs on the Depth Filter and the customer paid.5.) Little over months later, ** *** called in again and said that her (water softener and different piece of equip.) was not workingWe went out on 7/28/and found that a micro switch was not working and replace switch total of $152.64. Customer paid on 8/10/16.***overview of the complaint that the real problem was that the previous owner never performed routine mainton the units and that the ** *** was never informed of how much the services and maintwould be to keep up with the systemsFor Culligan, we provided the service, performed all the repairs ( in which was a cost), and performed what was asked of usOverall, the previeous owner never kept up with the service on their end in which trickled to the repairs and expense on ** ***
