Johnson Auto Plaza chooses to utilize this body shopThis was a manufacturer's defect and should not have taken weeks to rectifyOnce the
body shop determined how the repairs needed to be completed, it literally took them hours to complete the repairIn the interim, it took hours of phone calls on my part and literally minimal efforts at communicating anything to me from Johnson's. They are deceptive in their practices and stated it was the body shop who failed for over weeks to send over an estimateHowever, the body shop GM showed multiple emails where Liz in service for Johnson Auto Plaza failed to properly communicate any details of the repairs needed to my vehicleThe dealership kept informing me that this was not their issueHowever, that is not the case. If Johnson's chooses to utilize this body shop as their vendor, then that is a reflection upon their business as it is their choosing of vendors to complete their manufacturers repairsI literally spoke to different people all getting nowhereI requested the GM call me and to no surprise I never received a callThe only person who actually made every attempt to help me was *** who didn't even work in that departmentTheir practices are questionable at best and they are very unprofessional in their continual giving of information given back to meThey are correct and I am in possession of my car as of yesterday afternoonHowever, this will not end here as this will continue to go to Chrysler and anyone else that I need to go to so that this treatment will not be continued with other guestsThe passing of the buck and this blame game is something you don't doYou own up to the errors and handle the situation and not compound it for well over a months time frame for two hours worth of labor

We are not sure if we did the damage or not but we have agreed to replace the left side rocker if needed. The body shop told [redacted] that the clip may be broken but will not know until the piece is taken off. We have the part and are awaiting...

Still the best dealership I've ever done business with, side skirt is replaced and it looks better than ever please mark this as closed/satisfied or whatever is needed, as I am 100%satisfied

I have spoken with [redacted] and agreed to her desired resolution of a refund of $100. Due to the timing of the case and the fact we just got it today I hand walked the request through our business and we will be mailing the check today. Thank you for your time and getting us involved in this...
