Revdex.com,Again, I write regarding air conditioner gone bad after Johnson Cosent two service people The business reply from Johnson states they sent someone to fix leak on furnace Oct29, and I was told it would be overtime I was not told the call would be overtime at that time and I was not upset, only concerned, about this When the bill arrived, I phoned Johnson regarding this, as no one told me it was overtime The bill was adjusted and I paid all I owed, but I could not understand why that part was not covered on the warranty What this part of my complaint has to do with the air conditioner, I am questioning I read my book that was furnished at time of installation Where does it state I had to call for maintenance when it was working efficiently, and a ten year warranty was in effect? If there had been a problem, I would have put in a call immediately My argument still stands, regarding the air conditioner as to why, after two service people worked on it, why it was not done the first time and stopped working again after the second service man was here I wish to comment that I am not an irate person and do hope this can be resolved soon.Thank you for your time [redacted] ***
