We had received the letter from our client on June 13th letting us know of the issue.  We did not dispute the issue and take we take full responsibility for the damage.  That same day we attempted to call the property manager but the number was for a government agency, we left a message at...

the other number our client gave us and did not hear back from him.  We emailed our subcontractor that same day June 13th that had put the screw into the pipe that caused the damage.  He also stopped by our office that same day June 13th to discuss the issue and assured us that he was going to reimburse our client.  I talked with him this morning June 24th at 8:05 and he had not sent the reimbursement check.  After talking to him about it he put the check in the mail to our client at the post office this morning June 24th at 8:30am this morning.  We apologize for how long this took, this not the way we conduct our business.
