I am rejecting this response because: PAWN SHOPS ARE NOT TYPICALLY BASTIONS OF INTEGRITY, CHARACTER AND GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICETHEY PREVAIL MOSTLY ON THE HARDSHIPS AND DESPERATENESS OF THE PEOPLE THEY DEAL WITHI WAS PARTICULARLY SHOCKED THAT RHONDA WROTE THIS RESPONSE BECAUSE WHEN I MANGED TO GET HER TWICE ON THE PHONE, SHE SEEMED SINCERE THAT SHE WAS WAITING FOR THE ORIGINAL SELLER TO CALL HER BACKTHIS, LIKE ALL THE OTHER LIES WAS A STALL TACTICIF THIS BUSINESS WERE REPUTABLE IT WOULD NOT TAKE ALL THIS TIME TO RESOLVE A SIMPLE ISSUEI HAVE A MALFUNCTIONING TV WITH A REMOTE THAT IS NOT THE CORRECT ONE FOR THIS MODELTHAT STORY HAS NEVER CHANGED AND THEY KNOW ITWHAT THEY WROTE IS REPREHENSIBLE AND SIMPLY BAD BUSINESSTRYING TO ATTACK ME RATHER THAN SOLVE THE PROBLEM, WHICH MAKES THEM THE PROBLEMI REITERATE, I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND THEY CAN SHILL THIS TO NEXT PERSON WHO TRIES TO TRUST THEM LIKE I DIDIF THEY CHOOSE NOT TO DEAL WITH THIS OR SPEAK TO ME, AND RHONDA WAS THE ONLY ONE WHO SPOKE WITH ME AFTER TONS OF TRIES AND HANGUPS, THEN THEY MAY FIND IT MORE ENJOYABLE TO DEAL WITH A LAWYERTHEY SEEM TO BE BETTER ABLE TO HANDLE BUSINESSES LIKE THIS ONE WHO CHEAT THE PUBLIC FOR PERSONAL GAINTHANK YOU

complete working order, as advertisedThis presentation showed the consumer that both the television and its remote were fully functioning at the time of the purchaseWhen asked by the consumer if the product featured a warranty and/or guarantee, the representative explained that as a merchant of pre-owned goods, we are unable to extend such terms beyond displaying that merchandise is in complete working order at the point of saleThe customer proceeded to purchase the item and was issued a receipt clearly stating as follows: “ALL SALES FINALMERCHANDISE AS IS… NO WARRANTY / GUARANTEE EXPRESSED / IMPLIED.” The consumer’s claim against the functionality of the merchandise purchased came weeks later when the buyer returned to our store with only the television’s remoteHe explained to another representative of the business that he was unable to get the remote to work with the television at that timeThe representative explained to the customer that he would need both the television and its remote present to access the customer’s problemDespite our store’s clear return policy, the representative in this case offered to do this in an effort to provide exemplary customer serviceThe customer never returned to the store with the television or it’s remoteIn the following weeks, the consumer continually called in seeking a refund, claiming varying details about the product’s functionalityIn addition to his inconsistent tales about the product’s functionality, the customer was never willing to display the troubles he explained, implying he wanted a refund without ever returning the complete product purchasedThis customer was unreceptive to finding a reasonable solution to any potential problem and his constant telephone calls reached the level of harassment.
