Spoke with Manager, informed him of what work I wanted on car, basic, de-trim, strip and paint! Manager says no problem they will start on it right away!
3 weeks pass and car was untouched, asked Manager what issues are and he always gave me an excuse.
In the end, I had to pay for work I did not want or ask for, they took it upon themselves to $$$ up the rate by sanding the car and billing me 1100$ for that!
In the end (7 weeks and no progress) I took the car elsewhere, as I should have done in the first place!
Do not take your vehicle here.. there is a reason they have a bad rep in the automotive community in Winnipeg.
