The customer [redacted] placed an order online Thursday 11/6/at 1:50pmHe called an hour later requesting it to be shipped immediatelyIt wasexplained by the Customer Relations Specialist that orders received after 9amwould be processed and shipped the following business dayHe was unhappybecause he wanted his order by Saturday so he was transferred to the [redacted] to discuss the issueThe [redacted] again explained that we did not have a shipping option that wouldget it to him on SaturdayHe suggested that we pay to ship his order ExpressOvernight delivery by USPS to get it to him on SaturdayHe was told that wedo not offer that optionWe do have UPS overnight as an option but they donot deliver on SaturdayThe earliest expected delivery date would beMondayIf he wanted a guaranteed Monday delivery he should choose UPS 2-day as his optionHe did not want to pay the upgraded shipping charge andchose USPS 2-day priority instead.His order left here Friday as planned but unfortunately USPS misdirected hisorder to [redacted] where it was scanned on Monday 11/10/It was reroutedand due to the Veteran's Day holiday on Tues 11/11/it wasdelivered on the 4th shipping day 11/13/As a courtesy to him, his 2-daypriority charges paid were refunded back to his credit card

Review: On October 6th 2014, I placed an online order with this merchant whom I have been conducting business with for years. When I was given the option to choose my shipping method I chose 2 day PRIORITY delivery. The package was shipped out on the 7th and on the tenth, 4 days AFTER placing my order it has not been delivered nor is there ANY TRACKING INFORMATION OTHER THAN SAYING A LABEL HAD BEEN CREATED. Upon contacting customer service I was informed that it wasn't their fault and they really didn't know what they could do. I asked to speak to an executive level personnel member only to be told there were not any available. This is by far MY WORST experience with this company.Desired Settlement: The product is excellent and even though this is a very upsetting experience , I would like to continue to patronize this business. However I feel that in this instant a significant store credit would be an acceptable solution.
