This place is a Joke!!! The pictures on the web site must have been taken 20 years ago. What you see is NOT what you will get. The water smells so bad it stinks up the whole cabin and was undrinkable. The floor was covered in water (they said from a big wave) but even after mopping for 2 hours it kept coming up through the floor. water had buckled the floor and the "floating" cabin was only 2 inches from the water line (no wonder it was soaked). About 1/2 of the light fixtures worked, there were dead bugs/spiders everywhere. It was absolutely unsanitary and UNSAFE. CABIN #1 was where we stayed and we will NOT be going back. The docks were falling apart and there were nails sticking up all over the place and loose boards or rotted boards all over the marina. Several were shut down because they had sunk!!! The people in the cabin next to us had similar complaints and left early because of the smell from the toilet. Health department needs to take a look or Corps of Eng, USCG!!!!
