Review: I went into the dealership a week or so ago. I was greeted by 2 sales agents named [redacted] and [redacted] was the salesman in charge of the Dodge Promaster vehicles. I was shown a Promaster Van on the lot. However, I wanted a red one. They did a dealer locate and found one. I placed my order with a deposit of $500. A few days go by with many promises on a return phone call. I received complete arrogance from the finance manager [redacted] and especially [redacted] who is the general sales manager of the dealership. They ran my credit and found out the deal would not go through and once they knew that I was 'wiped off their plate." This is not how I do business. These people called "salesmen" are a bunch of shysters and I just want this to be on record for any future customer walking in the door. Now, I received a private loan from a business lending institution and will be going to another Dodge dealership to make the purchase in cash. This dealership is very lame and if anyone is going to buy any Dodge, Chrysler or Jeep vehicle PLEASE SEEK ANOTHER DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Desired Settlement: NOTHING! I want nothing to do with them

Review: I had went to this dealership to look for a jeep for myself and my wife.The salesperson [redacted] took my information and we came up with a lease payment for$279.00 and they had to locate the vehicle and also ran our credit this took 3 weeks to handle I was calling 1to 2 times a day and got the run around.Then when I finally got in touch with [redacted] he said the payment would be $294.00 because of my credit I was ok with that then he said we are getting the jeep from another dealership.Never called back and finally had gotten another salesperson involved by the name of [redacted] and told us we can come down and give us pay stubs to run the credit again.According to my conversations with this dealership the credit was ran the first time and agreed with 294 when we got there we waited for over 1 1/2 hours and was told they were correcting paperwork.Nothing was done and was told by [redacted] that your payment would be $361 so we just walked out they did not want to do business with us and they increase the vehicle by $10,000 more than what it should have been when they told us the original price.And this dealership is part of truecar.com threw my employer.Thank you [redacted]Desired Settlement: We wanted the jeep vehicle and we were looking forward to receiving this but the dealership wanted to con us to give them more money because they were losing out on the price and this is not right to the consumer

Review: If I could select more than one nature for this complaint, I would. Not only do I believe that the repairs performed on my vehicle were sub-par, I also believe that said repairs caused additional damage to the vehicle. I had $1,800 worth of work performed on both the engine and front brake lines. I was told by the service manager ([redacted]) that the vehicle would be in complete working order once the work had been completed. However, 2 days after picking up the vehicle from the service location the engine died and failed to re-start. It shut off while traveling down an extremely busy road with MY PREGNANT WIFE IN THE CAR. I feel fortunate that I was driving when this occurred, but shudder at the thought of what could have happened if my wife had been driving it rather than myself. I feel as if my family was put in harms way as a direct result of this service center's negligence.Desired Settlement: I simply want the proper repairs performed on my vehicle (in the proper manner) without any additional cost to myself, as I believe whatever is causing the issue with the vehicle should have been addressed when I paid for the original service.

Review: When I came to this dealership, they talked me into getting rid of my current lease earlier and get into a new car. My lease at that point due to expire at the end of July, which I've paid for. I refused, saying that I am shopping around for the best deal and I still had time. Mr. [redacted] (dealer) promised to get that last payment reimbursed once they buy out my current vehicle. On those terms, I nonchalantly agreed. We've made that deal in the beginning of July. When I've exchanged the cars, Mr. [redacted] told me that once the payout is complete I will get my last monthly lease payment reimbursed as promised. It is now August, and I am still getting a run around as Mr. [redacted] is no longer employed with them and the Sales Manager [redacted] is being extremely rude and non cooperative, refusing to return calls, yells on the phone with snide remarks saying "You have been driving a new vehicle and you expect me to reimburse you for your old one". Very inadequate service. Not to mention that I have received a letter from the Financing Bank stating that the dealership has filed the lease agreement wrong, and that I had to call a million times regarding my plates and registration which I've received on the 10th of August (MONDAY) and the temp expired on the 8th.Desired Settlement: At this point I would either like to get that said payment and some sort of compensation for the inconvenience, or I will be filing a state law suit and return/refund the car back to the dealership for such scanty service.
