I am rejecting this response because: I still disagree, that there was no sign posted when I initially took my clothes to this cleaners and I also stand by original statement that I was not told by the female who waited on me that there was a cents charge to use my debit card, until after she had totaled my bill and it was then that she told me about the cent fee NOT before.

a fact everyone is told before the card is ran because most people do not see the signThats why at that time you can make the choice you are told " there is a cent charge this will make your bill this price if you choose to use it.? ?
