At this point and time I see no othe resolution but to refund the remaining $7500.00.I will pay it back in 2-installments.$November 15th and the other $December 15th 2016.I already refunded $earlier as noted previously.If this does not work for the homeowner We have no Other choice than to go to court.ive done all I can do

I would like to start by stating that when Bob and James did finally show up at my hose, months after they were originally supposed to have been out to make repairsThey did so with no intensions of making any repairs at that time as the showed up with no tools, paint or equipmentWhen they arrived at my home I then pointed out all the areas (basically the whole exterior of the house) that need repairs and attentionAt that time I was told they would not be making any repairs until the end of July or sometime in augustBob then asked for any leftover paint” for color matching” witch I provided themI certainly did not ask them to wait until the monsoon season was over to start any repairs and why would II'm not the one making the repairs and I had already been waiting since January to have repairs madeSo for MR W [redacted] to say that I requested to wait to have repairs made is a bold face lie I did however receive a call from Bob informing me that someone would be calling me about replacing the damaged door frameI also received calls from an unknown number witch I was not able to take due to restriction at my job, and at that time no voice mails were left by the callerI later was able to answer the call from the unknown number and spoke to Jay from warrant const at that time we discussed the replacing of the door frame witch he was going to doI then at the request of Jay took several pictures and measurement of the door frame in question and sent them to him via txt msg on October 7thI have not heard back from Jay, Bob, James or MR W [redacted] as of today 10/26-At this time I feel that simply having repairs made that should have been made originally when my house was painted or at least within a month of my notifying MR W [redacted] back in January is unacceptablethey have proved to me that quality in workmanship, timely manner and customer service are not their priority's

I would like to first start off by saying this is my 1st complaint in years and over jobs installed.We have always prided ourselves in taking care of our customers and any problems they may have and its always been that way.On June 28th my construction manager Bob and James went out to the
customers house and reviewed the warranty work needing to be done.I’m being told the customer did not want any work to be done until after Monsoons were over.The monsoons last till about September in Tucson.We ordered new material from the factory in the beginning of September and have it at our office.There is a wood door jam that needs to be replaced before repainting areas homeowner is concerned about.I’m being to we did call customer and left messages to call us so we could get repairs done and never heard back.Communication is the #reason for most problems I have learned over the years.Now that everyone is communicating through this Revdex.com forum I will make it clear we are ready,able,and willing to take care of every issue our customer needs done.We have a year warranty with our product and we honor it every day.I refunded the customer $for energy he did not save and refunded him$more for his dis-satisfaction over the job.We will not be refunding anymore money but we will live up to our year warranty as we have now for years.Please have the customer call me personally and I will get these repairs do no matter what it takes.Thank you
