Not only was the Relator very rude when conversing with us on the phone, he was just as rude in person.
Originally we had a showing set for Monday, June 3rd, that we were unfortunately unable to make. Being a considerate person, I called him many hours in advance, and left a message asking to reschedule for the following day or at his earliest convince. When we finally heard back from him he seemed very unhappy that we had to reschedule.
We ended up rescheduling for Tuesday, June 4th.
Upon meeting the Relator, I called just to confirm, "I just wanted to make sure that there is a shower available in the apartment, because when I look at the pictures online, there is not a shower shown."
He responded with "yes, there is a shower provided as well as a bathtub"
At which point, he should have actually informed me that the pictures of the space that I was looking at online, were not pictures of the actual apartment that we have been hoping to see. (Pictures posted online of the apartment are a COMPLETELY different space) but instead of being honest, we drove an hour out of our way to be able to see inside of the space that we had seen online, only to be disappointed, and be shown a completely different space/layout.
When arriving and introducing ourselves to the Relator, we asked, "so the apartment isn't the space in the front of the building, as it shows online?"
He responded "no.." so in response I commented "well that's pretty sy.."
As we continued up the stairs to see the apartment, I was in disbelief that we drove all of the way there to see a space that was not at all what we had intended.
I commented multiple times about how I had wished he would have informed us that the pictures that we had been looking at online, were not actually pictures of the space we would be seeing.
He said, and I quote "we will not be renting to you anyway"
I said, "that's fine, we are very unhappy with your services and dishonesty. We expected a completely different space"
He quotes "yeah I don't know why those pictures are posted online, those aren't the right pictures"
I asked why he wouldn't rent to us, and he responded with "I don't deserve to be treated like this and cursed at"
At which point, I apologized for cursing and saying "this is sy" (which was most definitely not supposed to be taken personally) but I explained that it was very aggravating to be mislead and waste so much time and gas to get there.
All in all, very unprofessional business being run here and I would not recommend wasting your time with this company.
It should be very simple to be honest with your customers but apparently that's a hard concept for some people to grasp.
WILL NOT be a return client or recommend services from this company, whatsoever.
What a waste of time..

Mr Johnson would not replace the missing handicapped signs at Mequon town center. This company must not care about people that are handicapped and need the parking space.
