Hi there This is not the billing issueWe had an accidents about a month agoMy vehicle determined as a write off after a weekThe problem is I haven't received vehicle payment yetNot only that but also I sent them email about update I never received email within daysEven I
received email email didn't show me a update and answer what I was seeking Here is one example, I received email yesterday around 3pmSaying payment has been issued so you need to return vehicle today it is customer service gestureWhat I mean is they should notify us about rental at least business days beforeAnd if the payment had been issued they should update with me on certain sat we issued check so that I can see the return the rental is coming. TThey didn't give me any information whatsoever. I want them to apologize and do the proper action (which include update and prompt response at least within hours)

Hi [redacted]How are you? I am not satisfied with their response. I am not complaining about money I got from them and also not complaining about the car seat that has not been received. I am complaining about their service. They are not selling product they are selling customer service right? If it is money related I would wait for them.But the reason I am here to write letter to you is service matter. I haven't had prompt response from them and if I asked question they never answer me back. I had wait about a week to get the response. And they don't answer them all. And I complained about there service they never apologize about anything. I sent more than 4 times about the complain not even once had a apology. Should I be happy with that service? Leah D[redacted] gave a prompt response whenever I sent heterogeneous email she respond within an hour. But Michael L** and Michelle [redacted] C[redacted] were never ever respond me back within a week. So I want them to apologize about my complaint.  I am very upset and mad what they've done so far. Do they think I am complaining about the money if so, tell them it is not about the money it is about your horrible service.   No wonder why they have nothing but negative reviews. Thanks,Best regards,[redacted]

Our claims department has reached out to the insured and advised: As far as the total loss settlement of the vehicle is complete.He has not submitted information for the car seat, we will follow up on this. He also has an injury claim ongoing with Leah D[redacted] as the adjuster.Not sure if there would be anything else on the injury side. I believe the claim is in process for the injury and we await confirmation from the insured regarding the car seat. Regards,Colin

I am rejecting this...

response because: the only soultion offered was to give me a 60 day penalty free cancellation with Johnson inc. Which was not satisfactory at all. They refused to honor their origjnal quote or even compromise. In the end I moved all of my insurance policies to another company and saved over $700 from the Johnson inc rates. However after being a client at Johnson for many years ghis was very inconvenient and hassling to do.
