I am rejecting this response because:This is my rebuttal to M*** Scapes: My first response would be, Mr M*** did not address the first communication before they started the landscape: The re-grading of the yard, which was totally ignored and disregarded as far as my vision for "my yard"That was my first indication that I did not want M*** Scapes to finish the landcape Project, but I put that aside and did not stop it, until the oil spill which topped the cake. So the only thing I am worried about, set aside anything else as far as what I want to get resolved, is coming out to get rid of the cement, and I will say again, I paid you $to do a job and you did not finish itAnd I would recommend, before I get legal representation to come out and finish the job, or you can discount the project and I will hire someone to come and do so. I am also uploading some pictures of the cement pile. Thank You*** *** ** ***

I am rejecting this response because:You are not working to resolve my issue of the cement pile, which should have been taken care of when they came and cleared everything awayI paid you for the concreteYour professionality is childishAnd I do not accept this, but you are right on the oil spill, I don't trust any business that comes to my door anymore! Too bad people don't care about someone's property anymore, or are too lazy to service their vehiclesI would hope that this complaint stays on Revdex.comYou are the reason I do not want to work with any Business's anymore

In response to the rejection, I was fired from your jobsite, nothing on this jobsite was complete.  I have already refunded your retainer, your have signed paperwork releasing my and my company fro m further action, you have cashed my refund therefore accepting our signed agreement.   I will not send my company to your property to do  anything else, in fear being blamed for anything else.  I will not be held responsible for any other "oil" spills, or anything else you can come up with. On my end this compliant should be closed.

In response to this complaint I will be providing information that shows that Mrs. [redacted] complaint holds no merit. On 5-3-2016 Mrs. [redacted] chose M[redacted] Scapes to install her landscape in her backyard, provided a retainer payment of $3,000.00 and signed several contracts.   Items 1 &...

2: Landscape Proposal & Invoice # [redacted]. These documents show the amount of retainer payment needed and total price to complete all work that was lined out in the landscape proposal. If the project was over her budget changes could have been made to accommodate that before the contracts were signed. I lowered the price to try and accommodate her and she agreed to the $6,000.00. Changes were made to my copy to reflect the change in plants that Mrs. [redacted] wanted.   Item 3: Service Contract. This document is where it states that once the retainer payment has been made and that document has been signed Mrs. [redacted] had retained my services and there were no refunds. Item 4: Refund Receipt: Receipt issued to her for a refund in the amount of $2220.00, check#[redacted]. She signed this receipt stating that she was accepting this refund, terminating the original contract and was holding M[redacted] Scapes not liable for anything else associated with the contract.   This project started on time per the contract. The first day the forms were set, concrete was poured and even received a compliment from Mrs. [redacted] on how it looked. I received a text message from Mrs. [redacted] complaining about the oil spots in the city street from the concrete truck, that I was fired and she wanted her money back. In shock of being fired through a text message over oil spots that were not on her property and not quite sure what was going on, I called Mrs. [redacted] and she then informed me again that I was fired. I tried to tell Mrs. [redacted] that I would make it right and get it cleaned up, she told me that she didn't care, I was still fired and hung up on me. I received a text after that demanding a refund minus the concrete. Trying to uphold my outstanding reputation as an accredited business with an A+ rating with the Revdex.com I tried to avoid this by giving Mrs. [redacted] what she asked for. I was not given the opportunity to clean up the oil spots, rectify the situation and realizing that this might be a case or buyers remorse. I did what I thought would make Mrs. [redacted] happy as this is what she asked for. I issued her a refund in the amount of $2220.00, check#[redacted]. She signed a receipt stating that she was accepting this refund, terminating the original contract and was holding M[redacted] Scapes not liable for anything else associated with the contract. She cashed this check the same day. Two days later I was informed that she wanted more work done and that she still wasn't satisfied. I told Mrs. [redacted] that we were done as the receipt was signed and the check was cashed. If there was more work or clean-up that needed to be done it should have been brought up at the time the refund was issued, the receipt was signed and the check was cashed.
