This letter is being sent in response to a recent complaint filed concerning an incident that occurred in the car wash of our store #-*** ***, located in ***, Arizona on July 13, 2015.Unfortunately, *** ***, the customer, did not report the incident to store personnel at
the time of occurrence and afford them the opportunity to investigate and validate her allegations of a poor quality car washHowever upon receiving the letter from the Revdex.com, the maintenance logs for the car wash unit in question were reviewed for the days surrounding the dale of incidentThere were no reports of any equipment malfunctions in the car wash during that time.Customer satisfaction is of the up most importance to Circle KSince Ms*** is not completely satisfied with the car wash she purchased she would simply need to return to the store in question and request a full refund .Thank you for giving Circle K the opportunity to review this matterWe value all of our customer's business and hope that Ms*** will continue to provide us with future opportunities to serve her

Dear Revdex.com representative,We received the letter of complaint that you sent and reviewed our video system (audio & visual) to verify. When the clerk handed Mr*** his change he told the clerk that he had given him cents. Landon let him know he only gave him
cents change. The customer then left the store. Mr*** returned to the store and said " you gave me the wrong change", just give me another dollar. Landon assured the customer that he gave him the correct change. The customer just turned and left the store. If the customer gave him cents we would owe him cents. We have tried several times to reach him on the phone and he does not answer and is not set up for voice mail. We would like to satisfy the customer and would be happy to give him the dollar. Normally the customer could come to speak with the manager and we can settle these things quickly. We will continue to reach out to the customer to solve this issue.Thank you, Shelby J*** Market Manager
