Review: this company is not doing their job. I recently asked for my 2013 financial statements because I am applying for a loan. I was told they would have it complete next week, this would have been the week of 5/12/2014 I have not received anything nor have they contacted me with an update. Now it is almost June and I don't understand why my reports weren't ready months ago. The reason I'm trying to get the loan is also failure on their part as well, they did not communicate that my sales tax had not been paid for months/year so now I'm in debt 18,000 dollars in delinquent sales tax. There have been a few cases where there was unfiled returns and I had to get on them about that. When I call nobody seems to know anything, they tell me let me check into it and call back they never do I end up having to call them back yet again. In speaking with the bank I tell them about the problems I'm having they basically are saying that's (BS). They sent me a page that was supposed to be the financial portion the bank needed it was four lines centered that was quarters 1-4 and the amounts for each quarter, it was something my 10 year old daughter could have done!!!!. Also they have not provided me with my personal taxes w2s, or other wise so I have not filed taxes for now 3 years so that will be yet another debt, I also do not know what my annual salary is!!!! They are costing me money, late fees ,fines, interest... So I dont know if they have too many clients to keep up with or they simply dont know what the heck they're doing. I will however leave this company but I cant do so until I hopefully get my loan.. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.... AND I'M PAYING FOR THIS SERVICE......Desired Settlement: WOULD LIKE MY 2013 reports and it would be nice if they paid all the late fees, fines and interest but I guess I would have to see them in court for that? please put it out there that this is not a company to use ever...
