According to our records, customer ordered our products (the Blackcore Edge Testosterone and the Blackcore Edge Nitric Oxide) on a 14-day trial basis back on 12/25/and paid the shipping and handling fees of $and $The trial expired on 01/08/and due to the fact that our customer did not contact us to cancel their trial they were subsequently charged for the original shipments on 12/25/$for the Blackcore Edge Testosterone and $for the Blackcore Edge Nitric OxideDue to no cancellation, the autoship program took effectThe following month, on 02/07/the customer was charged again for the Blackcore Edge Testosterone in the amount of $and $for the Blackcore Edge Nitric Oxide also shipped two more products
Customer had contacted our Customer Service on 02/10/and requested for the subscription to be cancelledWe immediately granted the request and cancelled the account
The customer's account has been flagged as a chargeback on 03/06/for the disputed chargesUnfortunately, the chargeback processor and credit card companies will determine the legitimacy of the claim and be able provide any refunds as necessary
Even though the customer charged back, as a one-time courtesy we will allow the refunds of the previous ordersWe will issue a refund of $for the Blackcore Edge Testosterone, and $for the Blackcore Edge Nitric Oxide ordered on 02/07/The refunds should show up in the customer's original form of purchase within 1-weeks

I did not have any chance to confirm nor acknowledge the terms and conditions, as I stated this was a bait and switchI wanted a trial and put my CC info on the Face book adThe site did not respond and went blankI never received any email confirmation notice of the day trial program nor did I want the second bottle as I clicked no prior to the site crashingI desire credits 94.90+94.90+94.98+that they charged to my accountThe Customer service rep was rude when I tried to cancel by phoneI also have the packing slip that they sentThere is no explanation of the recurring subscription nor costsI will return the placebo pills bottle in opened and not even half usedHopefully they accept the counter offer and we can put this behind us
