we had a bad drainage problem that needed professional attentionI started calling around to different contractors and received estimates that were all over from $to $18,000..Then we met with Eric Johnson the owner, who told us it isn't all that bad and gave us an estimate (wasn't the cheapest but was not the highest) that was very fairWe live out in the country were we wouldn't expect any one to notice but we received so many compliments on how nice everything looks since the mess was cleaned upMany Thanks to Eric Johnson and his crewP.SWe will be hiring them to do some larger landscaping jobs

In response to the complaint of *** *** I have to say that we were contracted to install a drainage culvert, which we did start in the end of March Due to the weather we were unable to get back in to finish the grading work that needed to be done to be able to complete the project
Which I notified her about almost on a weekly basisWhen it was finally dry enough around the middle of May, my guys went in and installed topsoil and seedDuring this part of the job, one of my driver did run into the power linesWhich I had to pay for at no cost to ***Power was restored in a matter of hoursAfter we completed the topsoil work that day, rained very heavy and washed all the work we did awayWe were right where we had startedOn June 5th, my guys and I went in again and installed topsoil and seed again( Have in closed a text sent from her neighbor on June 6th). Again a couple days later heavy rains came back in an d washed all of our work away againFrom The middle of June until around August 12th we kept trying to get back to fix the soil problem, but the rain did not stop and give us enough time to have dry material to work withDuring this period of time it did come to my knowledge that at some previous time another contractor/or homeowner had buried the meter pit cover with about 6" of dirtThus when we were grading, the cover was pushed down inside the meter pitAt my cost I repaired the meter pitThen around August 12th, personally returned to ***'s house and for the third time installed more topsoil and seedAs for the neighbor, I have been In contact with her today (9/15/2015) on the phoneShe is still happy with the work we did for her trying to clean up all the problems we had with the projectIn my part I was owed the balance of the project and probably should have charged more for the rain issues and the buried meter pitI however did not, because I wanted to show that, why the rain made it hard for us to finish, I was not holding *** responsible for the rain and weather issueI was hoping she would look at it the same way and realize how hard this project was to finish for my company due to the weather
