Review: I made an overpayment on my account back in July 2014. When I caught the error in February 2015. I spoke with [redacted] Februarly 5, 2015 10:03 am to report the overpayment and requested to be reimbursed. I called again on 4/16/2015 @ 1:00pm and spoke with [redacted] and then Miss [redacted] the Supervisor at 1:05 pm. I called again on 5/12/2015 @ 8:16 am and spoke with [redacted] the Manager who said she would call me back that day and it is two days later and have not heard from her. I left [redacted] a voice mail on 5/13/2015 and still did not hear back. Called today 5/14/2015 and was told to call [redacted] a Manager whom I left a message with @ 11:58 am on 5/14/2015. I am looking to be reimbursed for my over payment. Their statement states to remit payment within 7 days after you receive their invoice. They should extend the same courtesy and not expect a customer to contact them numerous times to no avail. A credit has been owed for well over 120 days and feel this is an unacceptable business practice.Desired Settlement: I would like a check issued back for the amount of overpayment immediately.

I think that they need to look into their business practices and have a better customer service response time. When you expect customers to pay in a timely manner (7 days) they should reimburse in a timely manner (7 days ) as well. Knowing I had a credit sitting on my account and not do anything about does not sit well. When they received my first call on 2/5/2015 and acknowledged the overpayment I should have been reimbursed immediately. I should not have to call over and over and still be waiting over 90 days from my first phone call and over 9 months from when the overpayment was posted to my account to be reimbursed.
