Andrae called our dealership on Friday, February at 4:55pm, interested in a new Silverado The original truck he inquired on was already sold, as were a few others with similar equipment Our selling price never changed during any of the conversations with Andrae, but we did
explain to him that we would need to collect titling, registration, taxes, etcand that if he wanted it shipped, that would also be additional.Andrae also stated that he wanted it shipped to a company that would add accessories to the truck, that he wanted us to pay the company for this amount and that he (Andrae) was pre-approved from his own bank, but the pre-approval was expiring on Sunday, February We explained to Andrae that we do not hold vehicles and gave him the option to arrange financing with us, which he declined.He could not secure payment with us on the truck in a timely fashion and the truck subsequently was sold to another customer

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.That is not the entire truth and whomever is responding either is lying or just doesn't know. I was told to send over "proof" of my loan. Which I took pictures of and even had a letter from my financial intuition stating that I had the loan. I sent pictures of all this to Jeremy. Which then I never heard back from and the dealership closed. I texted him and was told he would send it management in the morning. The morning came and went and I never heard back until I reached out and was told that the truck sold the day before. If the truck was sold the day before, I want to know how was "hands" were put on the truck to confirm availability. As far the securing of the vehicle Jeremy said to give them a certified check for the entire amount or I had to apply through GM Finicial. Which I told him made no sense because I was already paying on the vehicle loan from my bank. So it was showing on my credit report. So there is no way to get a successful approval from GM. He new all of this, so implying I was give "options" is a lie. This dealership is represented by liars, deceitful, and does under handed business. The owner and the operator were the only two who were helpful and did't lie. I found a better truck and have it bought so thank God for your lack of professionalism your extreme inability to do your job, and poor customer service. Without those things I would have got the truck from you instead of the one I have. Thanks again and have a blessed day.

body shop and take approximately 4 weeks.  This will ensure the vehicle is repaired in safe manner. I’m glad this addresses your concerns and I will keep you updated on the process. Review: Purchased a used 2012 Chevy Suburban 2500 and extended warranty from them on Jan. 3, 2015. This is not our main vehicle, so it's not driven often, within 6 months of owning the vehicle, only put on 4,000 miles. We've had a very mild summer and I like my windows and sunroof open whenever possible. July finally got to be humid and so I decided to turn my A/C on for the first time, but not an ounce of cool air came out. I researched my owner's manual, was doing everything as instructed, but still nothing. Called Johnson Motors service department, which referred me back to my sales representative. Spoke with him briefly about the issue and was promised a call back, which was never received. Finally, since we were using it for a trip, I needed it fixed immediately and brought it to a local Certified Chevy dealer to have it looked at. They found MULTIPLE leaks throughout the whole line, many large holes and a build up of coolant, indicating this issue had been going on for quite some time, definitely longer than the 6 months or 4,000 miles that I've owned the vehicle. Had this local certified dealer fix it since I wasn't receiving a response from Johnson Motors and thinking they all work under the same GM certificed umbrella, that it shouldn't matter, plus time was of the essence. Johnson Motors is now refusing to take responsibility for selling a vehicle without working A/C and reimburse me for the costs incurred. There was another item that wasn't on the vehicle that should have been, that I replaced at my own cost and wasn't looking for reimbursement of. They were unwilling to help me in any way, did not indicate any remorse for the situation, and they were extremely argumentative.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed for the repairs that were needed to fix an item that has never worked and that is indicated to have been damaged for quite some time. I would like my charges for the A/C line replacement and recharge refunded, which totals $1,157.34 (one thousand one hundred fifty-seven and 34/100 dollars).
