I am rejecting this response because:
First let me say I am glad to see that they admit to designing the systemThat is the main issue hereThe system was poorly designed, a watt wind turbine attached to a cable with watt capability attached to a diversion load that can only divert wattsBeing able to add two solar panels to the system is not considered expandable, the system doesn’t meet my immediate needs now It is apparent that Missouri wind and solar wants to take no responsibility for their equipment catching fire and destroying my batteriesI’m sure that they selected a few emails to show you that they repeatedly sent me the same information for the wrong turbineI hope they do send you ALL the voice recordings and the emails I sent to them, asking for documentation and questioning the wiringFrom the beginning they were giving me bad information I made absolutely no changes to their system, yes, I ordered a amp meter, another bank of resistors (since theirs was to small) (arrived October 4th) and when the Missouri wind and solar diversion controller was going hay wire (I have a video of it on a sunny day with no wind) a new diversion controller (arrived October 8th , it is still in the box)When I took the video I hadn’t noticed that the charge controller had caught fire but it shows in the video and I have picturesI also have an email from Missouri wind and solar saying that everything appears to be set up correctly I am aware that they are going to offer no resolution because I gave them a poor review the sent me a letter: Ms***, It has come to my attention that you are posting very inflammatory remarks on review sites throughout the internetWhile you are entitled to your opinion and to make those opinions known you also must understand that those actions have consequences This email is to inform you that if your posts regarding Missouri Wind and Solar, LLC are not removed by October 21, 2017, we will begin a vigorous legal action to protect our good business nameShould you decide to disclose this email publicly we will move to legal action immediatelyTo understand the seriousness of my statement, please feel free to review previous instances where we have had to take such unfortunate steps at: *** I have instructed all employees at our company to have no further contact with you until the posts have been removedYou are welcome to email me back but I will not discuss any form of resolution until the posts have been removed and agreements are made in writing that no similar posts will be made after a resolution has been achieved Ms***, I regret that it has come to this but I sincerely ask that you take the time to review our history of pursuing people acting in this mannerPlease, reconsider these comments and save us all time and money by avoiding legal proceedings *** *** Vice President Missouri Wind and Solar, LLC This letter tells me that they have no intention of rectifying the situation and refuse to take responsibility for their productsThis is a company who bullies peopleI replied to their letter stating I want my money back for the turbine, cable, controller and the batteries that their system destroyedThey can call me names all day long and question my capabilities, but I will say this: Anyone who knows me, knows there is nothing I can’t do

exchange it for anotherHe called our store and spoke with our managerHe told he that after he installed it, he did not think that it would suit his needs and that we wanted to exchange the turbineShe explained our exchange policy with him and that since he had already installed it, that it was considered used and would not be eligible for an exchangeHe then became very irate with our manager and was combative in his language towards herHe then, over the course of a few days, called our office several timesHe told another employee that he had not installed them and then said that he hadOur policy is as follows: No refunds will be given on electrical or mecanical partsAll sales are final - no refunds

We have been working with *** *** to exchange the inverters. This was resolved 12/with general manager, *** ***. We have given them a credit of $to their account and have sent an invoice for the remaining total for the replacement inverters

Per your request, this email is regarding case # XXXXXX. Mr. [redacted] purchased a turbine from us and later wanted to return it. As stated in our policy, all sales are final. there was correspondence to this effect with Mr. [redacted]. No...

refunds will be given on electrical or mecanical parts. All sales are final - no refunds.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2015/08/21) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Where did it say all sales are final? The person I discussed the return with said she would get back to me after she discussed the matter with her boss/owner. She did not get back to me.
If all sales are final why wasn't I told that. I am willing to pay for the return and take a hit for restocking fees.
Final Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2015/08/27) */
Below is the most recent email string to customer. Despite our terms and conditions the customer was made aware of before purchase, we are giving him a refund upon inspection of the items when they return. It seems the customer 'manufactured' words in our terms and conditions to allow the case to be opened. You can see my full explanation below. Let me know if you need any more supporting documents etc.
just print this email and return with copy of original invoice in package.

We give a link to our Terms and Conditions on both our website, estimates, and invoices you may have not read http://store.mwands.com/terms-and-conditions . I see from my records that you both received an estimate and invoice from [redacted] before the original sale. However especially because for you, it seems really none of these products can be used because of fantastic local or state regulations imposed in your area. Despite our Terms and Conditions [redacted]'s actual reasoning for issuing this refund is not because of the Revdex.com but rather the fact that he feels empathetic toward your situation and does not agree with the regulations. Regardless we always give someone the opportunity to find a friend or customer that can use the products before issuing such a large refund. If you need help with alternative products that meet code let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate. I may be able to recommend a [redacted] wind turbine with UL ratings but cannot be sure just yet.

Our company is committed to customer service.  We encourage our customers to obtain the advice and services of reputable electrical contractors for their specialized connections and uses of our products. Unfortunately, per the attached, Ms. [redacted] has resorted to attempting to extort our company by making harmful, baseless accusations in public forums. We will not consider negotiating while public posts like this exist and are actively damaging our business. Accordingly, this matter has been referred to our attorney.

Dear Mr. [redacted]
Sorry for the delay!! The tech crew is waiting for a good day to test the system. I am doing all I can to speed things up. I have even contacted two different solar companies to see who can get to me sooner, but both want to wait for better weather. I am planning on once they are done testing to have them load the panels and I will be bringing them directly to you with the report.

Once again if you are having problems with your solar panels bring them back in for us to check out and if they are defective we will replace them. You have already replaced diodes in one of the solar panels.
As per our terms and conditions page you are to have a certified installer install them for you. You have taken apart a solar panel and replaced the diodes when you should have brought the solar panel back to us to inspect and replace if it was bad.
Your first complaint was one solar panel was bad and you replaced some parts. Now your saying all the solar panels are bad and want a full refund.

It seems to be going good at this point and hopefully will be able to close this out by the end of the month. solar technician came to my home to check the system and my install to be good and to code and they found the panels and charge controller to be defective I will include photocopies of the solar technician report at the bottom also proof of shipping. I feel Missouri Wind and solar will replace the bad panels but I am going to wait to close out the case until they do. hopefully this will be the last time I will have to update this case until it closes out.
Final Consumer Response /* (2000, 27, 2015/10/16) */
Dear Revdex.com please close out this case
[redacted] D [redacted]

We designed a moderately sized, expandable system for roughly $2600 that was designed for [redacted]'s fifth wheel with the option to add on at a later time as requested. She expressed that she would purchase batteries locally so that was not included in the purchase from our company. We shipped the...

packages to her and e-mailed her the 12 page wind turbine installation packet along with instructions for the charge controller and links to instructional videos as we do with all of our sales. Unfortunately, it would seem that the customer had some issues wiring the system and we continued to troubleshoot with her. As with most installations, we did recommend having an electrician look at the system locally to see if there are any wiring errors which can be easy to miss, particularly in a first time installation for a customer new to wind and solar. The customer unfortunately got bad information from other sources and made changes to the overall system that our company designed. Our team worked with Miss [redacted] numerous times where she expressed frustration with the other companies she had been contacting and ultimately, we were unable to figure out the trouble she had with her system without the help of a local electrician as suggested. We regret that [redacted] is convinced that the blades are not carbon fiber composite as we know this to be true since we have them manufactured locally in Missouri, specifically for our application. As much as we don't like to say as much, it may have been that the project overall was more complicated than the customer anticipated and in this case we were not able to make the customer happy, despite our attempts. We'd rather have a happy customer with a functioning system and regret that this was not the case with Miss [redacted]. I've attached some documentation but have multiple phone recordings and additional e-mails if the Revdex.com needs them to further decide in this case.

Mrs. [redacted] purchased several items on ebay and a kit online prior to contacting our company.  The initial order was a 15 watt solar panel and, separately, a water heating element and fitting.  She later ordered a 200 watt solar panel kit.  In an e-mail following the order, she asks...

for advice on wiring, etc. without specifying anything about the size of the stock tank, the temperature, etc.  She was sent information about water heating as well as a diagram. The information given to our salesmen was different with each one, with Mrs. [redacted] stating that she was very new to solar.  There are different levels of water heating that can be achieved with the products she purchased.  One of her solar panels was reported to us as damaged and we sent her a replacement at no cost. Our company has a policy that we do not give refunds on electrical items as our company would have to assume liability for anything that happened with the resale of that item.  There is no way for our company to ensure it is safe for resale.  The terms and conditions must be agreed to before Mrs. [redacted] could complete checkout: http://mwands.com/store/terms-and-conditions.  We cannot resell used solar panels as new.I agree for Mrs. [redacted] to send back the items included in the 200 watt kit only for a refund less a 20% restocking fee.  We will in no way reimburse shipping.  The total amount of the refund will equal $372.
