Dear [redacted] :I am in receipt of your letter dated October 13, I have reviewed the customer's letter to you and in response I would like to state that on September 15, 2015, I personally moved the customer along with a trusted employee and attest that no items were damaged during any process of the moveThe customer contacted me following the move and began hurling accusations towards me regarding my professionalism and attacking my company and demanded to be fully refunded for the move.I have been in business in the Northern Virginia area for over years and conduct my company with the utmost professionalism and will not refund the customer money for items that were not damaged at any time during the move.Thank you for your kind assistance to this matter.Robert S [redacted] , owner

I am rejecting this response because:
The facts presented in the letter from MrRobert S*** are WRONG. He did not move my belongings on September 15, The date of the move was September 10, 2015.I did not complain about the damage to my property after the move was completedI complained right away, as the gentleman were still in the process of moving my itemsI showed MrS*** the damage to my property, and he immediately claimed that it was not caused by the unprofessional way in which his employee moved my boxesHe then verbally abused me when I told him I knew those items were in mint condition before the moveI have pictures of the items; I have documented their condition before and after the moveIf you would like me to submit them, I would be glad to do so. He also did not address why he told me that I could only pay with cash or money order and then could not provide me with change when I paid him in cashI believe that is unprofessional and is the same thing as overcharging a customerI should have been offered the money I was overcharged ($9) back in some manner. As I stated in my original letter to you, this business provided me with the worst customer service experience of my lifeI have no way to seek restitution for the damage to my property caused by this business other than contacting youI have called every telephone number associated with this business, seeking to speak to a managerBut every number associated with this company rings to MrS*** himselfIt is very frustrating when the owner of this so-called professional moving company saw his employee damage my property by slinging several boxes over his back, verbally abused me when I pointed it out to him, and now provides me with no way to seek restitution for the property damage and emotional distress he caused me with his verbal abuse.

I apologize for the delay in the response. I only just received this Correspondence in the mail. In response to [redacted]'s complaint, I would like to note that regarding her move, we provided excellent service to [redacted]. When [redacted] provided my company with the information concerning the...

amount of furniture/boxes that she had, she did not provide me with the correct information. When I arrived with the Crew, I advised her that she did not give me accurate information and that a second trip was going to have to be made. Had she provided me with the proper information before the move was booked, she would have received the appropriate quote according the amount charged for her belongings.[redacted] did not hire Stagecoach Movers to move her to Florida. Only to move her into storage at a monthly rate for 10 units were required. We relocated her items to a location that would accommodate the other Moving services hours as [redacted] had ultimately hired (and fired 4 different moving companies over the course of this move,Stagecoach Movers moved her furniture from her home in VA to the storage facility in VA. We did not mishandle or mistreat her furniture dir artwork. However, the moving Company is, who moved her articles hundreds of miles away to Florida would be the more likely candidate for the accusation that her items were mistreated,I have been in serving this area for over 25 years and we pride ourselves for providing excellent service, Stagecoach Movers frequently has repeat customers and we often get referrals from these Customers.
