Despite the holiday, Drymedic had a team of men over within no time, including the ownerThey quickly got to work extracting all the water they could by handThe team spent hours that night taking measurements, setting up equipment, and trying to save our damaged thingsWe appreciated that these guys left their families to help us when we needed it most - staying with us until roughly 3am Christmas morning
The next step was removing drywall and molding as well as venting area to assist in the drying processEvery step of the way staff made sure to keep messes to a minimum cleaning as they worked
When all the water was removed and their part in the job was completed staff cleaned the floors again with a anti microbial cleaner
The staff followed the process of the job through to the endChecking in with our concerns and making sure we were comfortable with the work being done in our home
We have recommended Drymedic to anyone who will listen!

Jerry and his team were on site within a couple of hours of pipes bursting in a bedroom They had it cleaned up within a few hours and were professional, clean and quiet (except for the blowers, dryers and air cleaners!) Highly recommend them Jerry came back to my house a couple of times to check on the drying and their equipment - he even came out on a Sunday morning! They made me feel a lot better about a really bad situation

December 17th, 2017, Sunday a week before Christmas, I had a major ice dam situation - and water was coming in through the walls and ceiling on all levelsI was lucky to be referred to DRYmedic through my plumber and on December 18th, they were there to scope the project and start work
Throughout the process, I worked with Mike, a project manager, he kept me up to date as to who, what, when, how, etc., told me what he recommended and was at all times professional and very helpful
I am exceptionally pleased with my whole experience with DRYmedicIf there is a situation, water, fire, mold, etc., you'll have a good experience with them
They also helped me deal with my insurance company! Wow
Thanks to them, I have my home back

There are no back end search names. We are not using their names in our search engine. I posted an article that was written in...

the Saint Louis Post Dispatch in 2007 regarding my company. They were interviewed for the article. The article has been of public record for over 8 years now. The search criteria comes up when you search their names because of an article and not because we have their names in our back end site. We are not using them to represent the company at all. They are harassing and bullying in nature and are making totally false and libelous claims. If they didn't want the article nor didn't consent to it in 2007, they had the option not to be interviewed. We will not succumb to their unreasonable request which is just totally without merit and an attempt to take my company hostage. It is also of note to mention that her sister and brother in law called me specifically regarding this issue and have no issue whatsoever with an 8 year old article. This article is historical in nature and gives and fabulous overview of my company. I have the right to post articles from the media and will continue to do so with or without the permission of these ultra paranoid and harassing people. We have had to block them from all social media, phone calls and emails. Please call me directly with any questions. XXX-XXX-XXXX. We are not using her name, we are using the article. If you google her name, it comes up first for the article that was written. It does not come up on our website. It is actually only linked to the article itself. It was written in the post dispatch in 2007. This has been on my website since 2007, and now this is all of a sudden a major problem. We are not using her name to advertise, she is not in our google adwords, or the back end of our site. The article has been online and linked to my website for the past 9 years.
