I have been using Johnson for close to 10 years. I call them every spring to check out my two a/c units. As a result, I have never had a failure during the summer months.

They are well trained and honest! You don't always get both.

I have had Johnson Refrigeration service our two heat pumps for over x years. They have always provided excellent service. 5 years ago when I asked if I needed to replace my heat pumps, [redacted] said no, that the one's I had were in excellent condition (being 17 years old) and to wait, since there were new technologies coming out. There was no pressure to buy, and any issues were expertly diagnosed and repaired. During one service call, the technician accidentally caused the schrader valve to stick open. The next day I noticed oil around the valve and called JRI. They sent a tech out immediately. The tech replaced the valve and recharged the system free of charge, even when I offered to pay. This year (2014) I bit the bullet and replaced my again 10 SEER units with variable speed 19.5 SEER units. Installation was done professionally and they covered everything. [redacted] worked with me to determine the best units for our needs and how to eliminate hot spots we were experiencing ever since we moved in. Clean up was exceptional, going so far as to sweep out my garage!
