Hotel charged my card times and I didn't stay there during hurricane.Reimbursed charges but not last oneweeks later still no refundVery rude
Booked this hotel during hurricane Florence.Upon arrival was told they couldnt accommodate us.Promised to not charge the card and sent us down the street.Two days later card was charged two times.Called and spoke with front desk lady named *** and she was very rude.Hung up on me and minutes charged my card again.Called customer service and spoke with them times.They promised a refund.Two weeks later refund came but mins later they took it out again.Called again and was told it would be weeks for a refund.It was complete havoc on my bank account and was charged insufficient funds at $36.Still not resolved three weeks later
