Excellent selection, service & follow up
Our experience with Johnson RV

We just purchased a new Jayco Terrain 4x4 adventure van. These & the Revel are in demand so there is a looooong lead time. However, our sales rep Rudy kept in touch with updates and was always there to keep us up to date on the progress. When our vehicle arrived he facilitated a thorough walk through. This was not our first van so we were a tad (a lot) over confident. After getting home we continued to text him with questions. He always responded almost immediately to our questions & when they continued set up another private walkthrough & their technical coach & a review by a mechanic to make sure every issue was resolved. Should we ever need a new van, Johnson will be our dealer. But it will be a long time in the future as we LOVE this van.

I am very sorry to hear that *** complaints had not been handled properly I was aware of her complaint, but was told that her issue was being handled out of our corporate store Kate W*** who was the assistant to the owner was handling the complaint I would be very

I am rejecting this response because: I do not know who sent the response. There is no name attached. I did try to contact corporate, but did not receive any satisfactory help, and the motor home continues to have issues. I just want a motor home that we can feel safe in and enjoy traveling. It has spent more time in the shop than we have been able to use it

Mr. [redacted] has been in touch with the General Manager at the Puyallup location.  The issue was resolved and plates were issued within 5 days.  Mr. [redacted] is happy with how the problem was handled.
