Six and one half years ago Johnson Sash & Door Company sold me and installed two Andersen casement windows on the front of my house The PVC brick mould they used around the window has completely lost all its color The windows are now surrounded by a colorless amber raw PVC material that looks atrociousDuring a recent phone call the owner acknowledged to me that the materials used may have been substandard Revdex.com has informed me that he has indicated to them the material is not covered by warranty JS&D refuses to accept, propose or even contribute to a remedy It is my problem I will not be doing business with them again!
