Bought furniture 1/After many phone calls asking where my furniture was and much aggravation, all finally delivered 6/no answer to letter 6/
Janwe ordered $7,worth of Flexsteel furniture, paid $down We knew it was a custom order and might take a bit longerCalled times in March, times in April and paid remaining balance of $Mid April everything but the sectional wedge finally deliveredCalled in May, times in June and finally got the wedge delivered June 19th So many excuses, so much aggravation I wrote VWatts a letter on 6/asking for compensation for the delay, aggravation and inconvenience and to date have heard absolutely nothing from the company I would never buy another thing from VWattsThis was a lot of money to me and I was the one who was always doing the calling and asking where my furniture was Come on, six months to get my furniture? Ridiculous
