I do NOT accept the response from Johnson Storage and MovingStating they regret any inconvenience and being happy to provide me with info on how to file a claims does NOT explain why I was put in as hostile situation with their employee nor does it explain why I received such horrible customer service dealing with their company and managementI would like to know why all my items were not tagged and why a report was not made for damaging my deskI do know how to file a claim and will file a claim for all damaged and lost itemsI also know that this company should not have a contract with the military due to their lack od customer service and having Revdex.com complaints in years proves they do not know how to perform their jobI am having an investigation performed with the military inspector general to get this company removed from having any contracts with the militaryAs I stated I do NOT accept this companies response as they did not care to address any of their problems
