Good morning, In response to the complaint, there was never an estimate or agreement with Mr [redacted] to install the heaterI am attaching the original estimate and the estimate that he requested for the the heater on the same day that he filed this complaintMr [redacted] 's complaint regarding my response to workmanship being questioned; Mr [redacted] hired many different workers in an effort to save money and in the case of the electrical, he had someone not employed by ***'s Pool Service dig the trench for the electricalMy employees ran the electrical lines in the existing trench and Mr [redacted] then decided he wanted it moved closer to his fenceThe trench had to be widened to satisfy his request I am attaching the estimates that were sent to Mr [redacted] and the work that was preformed according to the original estimate dated June 10, The attached estimate for the installation of the Pentair MasterTemp heater with cupro-nickel exchanger was never agreed upon or installed by ***'s Pool Service or any of my employeesThank you for the opportunity to respond [redacted]
