Johnson's Cleaning Services

I paid Johnsons $180 to clean my house for 3 hours. During that time frame one of the cleaners broke the valve in my shower. They neglected to tell me they had done so and I had to discover that it had happened the next day. Initially they offered to pay for it, but when the broken valve caused water damage which leaked downstairs and the bill ended up being $709 they quickly claimed they were not responsible for damages and they were only willing to pay $200. The company claims to be licensed, bonded and insured. I have been running a business for many years and things happen, it is a cost of doing business. It is good customer service to take care of your customers and not treat them horribly and make them out to be the bad guy and stick them with the bill of an unfortunate event that transpired due to their employees carelessness! I highly suggest thinking twice about using this company.
