I suggest this business modify their bills to read in more concisely to prevent a similar misunderstanding and perhaps educate their phone servicing employees to address billing concerns with more concern and clearer details.

technician over two hour to try to find out what is going on with the outlet which was working when we arrived. The owner told us he tried repairing the outlet first. Could not locate a problem so just replaced GFCI. The owner said he was not going pay more than 75$. We settled on $175. Tried to tell owner that could not give an exact price before for trouble shooting and he was not onsite. Then he called back a week later said it was doing it again. We went back out and it was back on when we arrived. Renter said it goes of randomly. Reset GFCI and ran Ground fault test on circuit could not find a problem. Told renter need to catch it not working. Renter call next week and it was not working when we arrived. We located a GFCI under insulation in attic which was not legally done among other splices in wires in attic. The two GFCI were inline were causing GFCI in bathroom problems. Repaired the problem and left. The renter call back and said the ceiling fan in other room was not working now. Then owner call back and said he did not want us back. He wanted his money back. We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee and we told him we would refund his money. We told him it would be refunded after the first of the month when we pay bills. Before we refunded it the owner call back and wanted us to go back and undo what we did. Told him that was not possible to go back create a code violation. We refunded his money and now he has call Revdex.com and is credit card company telling them that we ran his card and he did not authorize us to run it. But he gave us the card number over the phone. Now he wants us to pay for he other person that supposedly came out and repaired the problem with light. Owner would not give us name or receipt of who came out. We refused to pay his fee. We try to make all customer completely happy. But we fail in this case.

The job needed two electricians to fish the wire down the wall. An hour service call is the same price whether it is for one or two electricians. A service call is a set price for the first hour. After the first hour, there is an hourly charge per man per half hour. The job would've taken longer and...
been more expensive if only one electrician was sent. Our electrician marked the invoice with 2 men for 1.5 hours to complete the job. However, since the first hour is the service call charge, the price of the labor came out less than the hourly rate. The customer was confused on the pricing and I have spoken with her to explain the pricing. I have also sent her a copy of the invoice. She is now satisfied with the bill. If any other information is needed, please do not hesitate to let me know.
