refusing to give me a child safety seat/did not verify vehicle prior to towing
On 11/30/my vehicle was repoed without any verification it was the correct vehicle, my car did not have a tag nor a visible vin numberMy car was still towed, when I got in another vehicle to catch up to the tow truck to give him the keys and get my childs car seats and also my sons medical supply out of the vehicle he refused to stop, I pulled beside him and tried to flag him down WITH THE KEYS VISIBLE and saying "SrI need the car seats" he REFUSED to stop, he did get the police involved which then they made him hand me the car seats and medical supplies out that I asked forThis is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL and also the fact that a person tried to withhold a child's car seat and medical supplies from them is very alarming to meThe whole time I was following him I was holding up the keys to my car, and also there was absolutely NO verification of it being the correct one
