I reviewed complaint ID # *** and found that this complaint is without meritMs*** requested our "after hours" service since she had no heat, Ms*** was a new customer we had never visited beforeOur on-call technician responded to her service request (which we don't usually do
for new customers "after-hours")Our technician found her problemShe had issues with her fuel supply, clogged filer and line, and her cad cell was all burned and needed replaced, and she was low enough on oil that the oil pump in her furnace couldn't pick up the oil until her fuel tank had additional fuel delivered to it.Ms*** signed our service ticket acknowledging "ACCEPTANCE OF WORK PERFORMED - I find the service and materials rendered and installed in connection with the above work listed, to have been completed in a satisfactory manner." Review: My oil furnace want out and we call to place they couldn't come. Because they where to busy. So we call them ask if fix oil furnace they said yeas. The repairman came out and he didn't even introduce him self or hardly question about the problem. He seem didn't want bother. I think didn't know how to work on oil furnaces. He keeping going back forth outside then finally came in look over the heater found one pair was working. So fix that but came out to are living room said he couldn't fix it because there was no oil. But we had oil. But still charger my 300 for something her didn't fix on ,Monday had to call another repair man to fix my heater and he didn't charger me much like they did. The new repair man was so nice and he explain what he was fixing. The other guy was rude and didn't want bother at all. And I have breathing problem and when his tune voice was getting me very upset.Desired Settlement: Some can of refund for bad services because feel like took advance of me.
