IS with a service contract purchased. In the state of Virginia when a vehicle is sold AS IS it is unlawful to make any repairs to the vehicle after the vehicle has been delivered to the customer. We offer test drives and encourage each customer to have the vehicle of interested inspected by a licensed mechanic. All vehicles are put through a VA inspection station that is not located at our dealership. We "trust" that the inspection station is doing there job of insuring the vehicle is safe to drive. Each customer signs a Federal Trade Commission BUYERS GUIDE and should understand that the he or she is completely responsible for his or her vehicle once it is sold to them. A list of defects are listed on the back of this form and for the buyer to beware that this is in fact a USED vehicle. A common mistake has been made when understanding the use of a service contact, the service contact covers powertrain components. Such as motor, transmission etc. Once vehicle is delivered to the customer it is then there responsibility to maintain it.  Unfortunately East Main Rides can not lawfully make repairs to a sold vehicle without charging for the cost of repairs.

The vehicle has been returned due to being inoperable, I would like the 2500 dollar fake insurance sold to me for repairs that are not covered under the policy. My credit is worse now that the bank has repossessed the vehicle I took a loan on but could never drive.
