they say one price than they try to get more money: they have a little show they blame the sales guy.

Could not be happier with this experience! This is the second time I have used them in the past few years. This time they removed several large trees that were hanging over our house and keeping me awake at night when the wind would pick up and a fear they would fall. Mikes crew cut them down and trimmed several more, then stacked it all neatly at the street for pick up, all at a great price. My yard looks great!

My experience with this company was terrible. The company's prices were well above others but they promised thicker pieces of wood for my wood burning stove - wood that would burn longer. They came and delivered the wood and it was awful. The wood was kindling, too small for me to use. And it was green. It would of never burned. I called to see if something could be done and the owner immediately was awful. He told me I was stupid and didn't know what I was talking about. I've never heard a company take such a rude tone so easily. It was awful. Don't waste your business on them.

Review: We signed a contract May 16 2014 to have all hardwoods and pines removed from our yard. Johnson's tree service started and never finished. They have used our yard as dumping grounds from other jobs and left our yard a total wreck. We have been in contact with them several times and they repeatedly lie and tell us they are coming to finish and get dumped debris from our yardDesired Settlement: Have job completed as stated in contract and get our yard back

Review: On April 27th Johnson's tree service started working on my yard to remove trees and level the yard for grass. During this project Johnson's tree service damaged both sides of my front yard and they did not complete their assignment on the back yard. In the front yard they left big ruts on both the left side front and right side front. They ruined the grass in the front yard also. Johnson's tree service did not remove the trees that were cut down and they failed to level the yard. Johnson's tree service threw several trees, brush and tree stumps into the land directly behind my house that does not belong to me and left them there. They brought in dirt that had broken glass, bricks and rock in it and said that they will remove the debris and never removed them. They left large roots sticking up out of the ground that could cause injury to anyone in the back yard.

During the final day that Johnson's tree service showed up, they asked for the final payment before the bank closed and said they only had about 4 to 5 hours or work remaining, plus fixing the front yard that they ruined, but they wanted to catch the bank before 5 o'clock. The check was written and then their crew just left without finishing the 4 - 5 hours of work that they had remaining in the back yard and they didn't fix the front yard either. Several days went by and no one showed up to finish the remaining work nor fix the front yard that was ruined. I called the [redacted] and he came out to meet me on a Sunday morning to do a final walk through to assess the remaining work and the damage to the front yard. After the walk through with the owner he said that all of the fixes would be done within a week. That was 4 weeks ago and the [redacted] of the company will not answer nor will his crew leader that he had working on the project.Desired Settlement: The desired outcome would be for them to finish the job and to fix the front yard that they ruined or to refund the money so that another contractor can finish the job that they did not complete.
