Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. Please add your rejection comments below.
Despite the fact that the original employee I was dealing with (that assured me the package must be there) is no longer employed with the company, the package WAS signed for (as per the [redacted] tracking). As such, the responsibility should fall on this business to replace/recover the missing items.
The business' position that they are not responsible for missing items (despite signing for them) suggests paying for a reputable shipping service and tracking system is pointless.
Also, the statement that this service is offered as a "convenience" to Canadian customers is quite misleading as this has not been convenient at all.
Just to confirm: I'm not as [redacted]et at the package being lost as I am about being misled that it was there and not being told I should submit a claim to recover the lost item.
