quality and become very concerned if this quality has not been passed on to a customer. From the Sell by date as indicated in your email, it was not beyond our recommended shelf life for freshness.  It sounds as though the package may have been improperly sealed or temperature abused.  To ensure you are receiving product of only the highest quality at the time of purchase, we suggest the packaging film on our cooked/smoked products be tightly sealed around the sausage, and that the expiration date on the package has not yet expired. We appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention.  If you would not have contacted us, we might have lost you as a valued customer without knowing why.  Please feel free to contact us with any other questions and/or concerns that you may have in the future. In order to send replacement coupons for both packages we will need some form of proof of purchase. You can send in both UPC labels or the receipt as proof of purchase in the self addressed envelope we are sending to your mailing address. Once they are received we would be able to send you the replacement coupons.Sincerely,[redacted]Consumer Relations DepartmentPlease do not respond to this e-mail.  If you have any further questions, please contact us at ###-###-#### between 8:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M. Review: I went to a Sobeys grocery store in Ontario, Canada, and saw a deal on Johnsonville Hot Italian Sausage. The product packaging had stickers on them that said there was a $3 instant rebate. I loaded my shopping cart with 12 packages of the product and brought it and my other groceries to the cashier. When the cashier took the rebate sticker off, she opened it up and it said I needed to buy a Maille product with each item in order to get the "instant rebate." The rebate sticker is an adhesive one and customers don't have any idea that there's any sort of condition on the offer until they try to check out. I bought only one of the product, at a price of $3.99 instead of the supposed $0.99 because I refused to participate in what the offer actually turned out to be, so that I could take a picture of it at home. There's nothing that says, "Conditions apply," "See inside for more details," or anything else to suggest that the sticker actually has conditions contained inside of it. It gave me the impression that I was going to save $36 on my grocery bill and it turned out that this was not the case.Desired Settlement: I would like some sort of coupon that entitles me to $36 of Johnsonville products, without any "conditions" attached to it, and I would like Johnsonville to change their "rebate" stickers on their packaging to make it clear that there are conditions attached to the discount besides simply purchasing the product.

Review: 8 weeks and counting johnsonville sausage smell and texture was far below the standard and quality mailed the labels (upc) and receipts for the 3 packages of party pack sausages and company has yet too acknowledge mail or BAD condition maybe the company was offended when inquired about weather there existed a recall on the productDesired Settlement: refund

Review: I purchased a couple packs of sausage that wasn't any good I initially called the store that I purchased it at but because the packages have been open they were unwilling to take the product back and advised me that I should contact the manufacturer okay that seems simple enough so I send an email to the manufacturer with the UPC and expiration date and all of the information off the package but instead of apologizing and saying we want to replace the two bad packages No they are attempting to make it is difficult as possible I think in hopes of making me just go away it's not even about the money at this point it's the principle first ask for a receipt who keep the receipt for sausage its not like it can be the wrong size so no I don't have a receipt then they asked for the UPC labels now I don't mind sending those to them but they didn't even bother to give me an address plus they were in the trash so just a heads up I'm going to be removing him from the trash to send them back to them but what really bothers me is that they tell me that I need to send a self-addressed envelope to them so that they can send coupons it's almost like they're trying to make it as difficult as possible so that they don't have to stand behind their product and they don't have to replace it clearly the store didn't let me just walk out of the store with these two packs of sausage without paying for them and if I didn't have the product how in the world would I give you all the information that I gave you its sausage we're not talking about some high dollar electronic item you're treating your customers like there's some type of criminal the product has gone bad you do realize there are other brands out there that I can buy and that's what I plan to do if you're not going to stand behind your productDesired Settlement: I want them to stop trying to make everything more difficult than it needs to be if they want me to get the packaging out of the trash and send it back to them I need an address and I think that they should replace these two packages of sausage again its not my fault they were bad
