MrJ*** did not address thing correctly in the last statement that was madeIt was full of a lies which has turned out to be quit with Johnston RemodeLThe reason for them doing this is because they know they had poor workmanshipJohnston RemodeL claims they take pride in the work they do, but yet they fail to address any major problems we have and discussedAs far as him talking about my father in law, he had the right to step in because MrJ***s son *** was the one that trasspaseed onto my property when they were already told they were done and they had all their tools*** just helped himself into my garage without any permission from anyone*** also harassed verbal on several occasionsThis issue has nothing to do with the work that was performed and why MrJ*** brought it up is beyond meThe perpose of all this is to have the problems resovled that we are havingMrJ*** did not say a word to the Revdex.com in his last message to you about any of the issues that are at and occuring at our householdAnd as far as the driveway, any professional would be able to tell that it is no way near years oldThis is another non sense thing he come up with

Ms***, This letter is in reference to claim #*** We have been conducting successfully for forty years in western Pennsylvania The photographs and testimonials on our website are proof of the quality of our workmanship Our membership in the Builders Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh and the standards they set forth substantiate our professionalism We operate our company with the utmost integrity, treating our clients like we want to be treated Our finished product speaks for itself.Respectfully,Jay J***

Ms. [redacted], This letter is in reference to claim #[redacted].  We met with [redacted] and discussed the scope of the project and their desires and prepared a floor plan and proposal. The first proposal was based on an addition, 41’ x 16’, on the rear of the house. This was over their budget, so...

we had more meetings and revised the proposal two more times. They wanted to perform some of the work themselves or subcontract the work to someone else for a lower price. We agreed as long as it did not prohibit job progress. At the start of the job we emphasized the importance of looking for flooring, bath fixtures, patio door styles and getting them ordered in a timely fashion in order to expedite the job. [redacted] failed to select any items in a reasonable length of time and as a result were constantly delaying our ability to proceed as planned. For example, they subcontracted the electrical wiring and he was unable to perform the work for 2 weeks. This prohibited us from insulating and installing drywall. We now have a logistical nightmare. Scheduling subcontractors to perform jobs is difficult enough without clients interfering in the process. [redacted] wanted us to pack up all our tools and move to another job until they were ready for us to return. This is not how we work and is a costly procedure. The [redacted] must have been satisfied with our work, because they asked for estimates on a new deck, remodel the front and side porches, changing the siding on the existing house, replacing the windows in the existing house. Upon completion of the foundation there was a stranger walking around the block walls with a level and when confronted by me he did not respond and walked to his van and drove away. The [redacted] never gave any explanation for this bizarre event and as far as I am concerned, this is an affront to integrity. [redacted] father, [redacted], came onto the job and started complaining about the quality of the lumber, because there was bark on some studs.  After we had the walls framed, [redacted] wanted to change the floor plan for the bathroom and the master bedroom, but they took three weeks to make a decision as to what the new plan would be. When my son went to [redacted] house to get a tool and [redacted] tried to instigate an altercation by screaming and using profanity and threatening bodily harm, without provocation by my son. [redacted] did not want to complete the contract saying they would do flooring and painting. When [redacted] realized that they could not control the project at their leisurely pace they started making false accusations about the job. Our construction methods meet all the standards set forth in the International Code for Residential Construction. In the municipality of [redacted] Township there are inspections for each phase of the project, which we passed. As for the driveway, it is not built to code and is over fifty years old, so it is bound to have cracks in it.Respectfully,Jay J[redacted]  Sent from Mail for Windows 10
