Review: Review: (1)Breach of Contract. (2)Guarantee Issue The owner of the company is Mr. [redacted].Mr. [redacted] also told me he owns Top View Roofing, which I cannot find anywhere listed online or any local directory.I hired Mr. [redacted] on 9/12/2014 to repair a water leak on my roof for $1300. Half of which I paid up front by check and half when they were done by cash.I specifically requested step-flashing, counter flashing to fix the leak per the advice of three other contractors. I also asked them to install a small amount of siding. My roof was leaking on 10/7/2014 and I took pictures and video of it.I asked Mr. [redacted] several times to look at the leak and resolve the issue. He never came to look at the issue.Upon further investigation, I found out he never installed the flashing which he admitted to not installing it.They Breached the contract by not installing any flashing what so ever and failed horribly to the Guarantee that the roof wouldn't leak.I had to get another contractor, [redacted] Construction to fix the Leak and cost me $1,330. I took a day off work to help [redacted]'s crew, take pictures, and be at home to be curtain the work was done.Mr. [redacted] agreed in paying me back $650 to settle and I requested $1,100 which is less than the amount [redacted] Construction's bill and my day off my full time job not including a full day helping [redacted] Cons. Mr. [redacted] refused to pay that amount and when I told him I will seek legal action, he replied that he would postpone the hearings and drag it out for years. His first name is [redacted] and is trying to hide his identity. Not to mention I believe he does not furnish a business license or insurance, anything pertaining to a legitimate business in Pennsylvania (operates/ conducts business illegally).Any help from the Revdex.com would be most appreciated.Best Regards, Desired Settlement: I am asking for $1,100 returned to me promptly, to pay [redacted] Construction. If I have to take legal action, pay court fees, attorney fees, pay [redacted] Construction to testify, time loss from work, I will take further action to pay for those expense.
