This is a storage facility that I have utilized for yearsI never had any kind of problem with this business until it was taken over by StoragePro Once StoragePro was involved the rates increased dramatically I can understand a rate increase for the upkeep and security of the facility, however, in May 2017, we entered our storage unit to retrieve our dinner table and couch for the new house we moved into, and every single item, box, case, and piece of furniture was covered in Mice droppings and urine, mice holes and dead mice scattered all over the floor and our things Our furniture had to be thrown out, completely disgusting! This caused an unnecessary additional expense that we could NOT afford! At that time, due to the unhealthy state of the storage unit, we decided to load all of our important belongings that we could fit into the truck I will openly admit that I did not pay the June fee, Because I was so angry and disgustedI received a past due letterThen I rec

This customer has been a customer of *** *** *** *** since 6/24/and has filed an complaint against present management company StorageProWe file an incident report on all displacement of any situation that is out of place, each day we do lock checksWe do not have incident report
that support the following of mice dropping are urine or dead rodent in this unit, if this was the case we would have had to take pictures, and provide them to our cooperate office for review, we have to have a report for all incidentsCustomer did not file a complaint with this officeWe have a process in place with the State of California as for how the auction proceeds is processWe give notification to the customer during each step of the process and we also call the customer as a courtesy about the static of there account and to give us a call in regards to the matterWe never gives customer name or information to anyone other then the person who is on the accountAs the process goes this customer last made a payment 5/14/We attempted to contact *** many times to times a week to take care this matter, which included emails no response at allWe give notification that *** unit was to be auction 7/18/which it was not because she had her husband as the alternate on the legal contract, so the process had to be started over, Again we tried to contact *** she would not answer phone are return other voice message or emailsWe have done everything in our powers to contact *** and it is pretty much at the endIf *** gives us a call we will try to work with her, if we can it out of my hand nowAs of now she owns and the unit is schedule to be auction this monthWe have been in compliance with all of the procedures
