I bought a bran new 2019 golf cart July 1st 2019 it has broke down 5 times in a 7 month period which I take back to dealer who sold it to me he try's to repair does some sort of repair an with in days or a month it breaks down again same problems he says he repairs it then same problem it only has 500 miles on it in dec 2019 into Jan 2020 he had the cart 11 days gave it back to me first weds in Jan 2020 two 2 days later Friday the motor locked up in it. I towed it back to him he has had it for 5 months an still not repaired he has given me every excuse he can think of why it's not done. Originally when I bought the cart he said an I quote I give a full bumper to bumper warranty of 1 year on my golf carts. I sent him a certified letter asking/ requesting a full refund for this cart of $7,000 dollars what I paid for it I've also sent him text message with the same request for a full refund or this matter will be taken to court I've been very patient in waiting but this matter must be taken care of ASAP. I've been without my cart for 5 months I don't trust him or the work he says he does or will do. So at this point I'm out $7,000 dollars an have no cart.

Helen purchased a golf cart from me July 1 she right. She was also giving a manual to the cart to do the break-in and maintenance on the golf cart that is required.*** brought the cart 2 times and didn't even give me time we jumped right on it and put her infant of a lot of customers, so we replaced a coil the first time then carb the second time because she said it leak gas. which didn't for us but stilled replaced it to make her happy. then she was fine for awhile. so I even loaned here my golf cart both times! During this time she has crashed and cracked the body and the front tire is bald and it has 659 miles they drive this cart like a car not a golf cart and*** told me she hasn't done any maintenance like the break in oil and oil change when she brought it the third time this time she seized the motor from not doing maintenance and its not covered 1 she did nothing required even if the warranty was there and 2 it was past warranty. there was nothing out of my mouth about bumper to bumper warranty no such thing with utv/golg cart. This turned it a job not warranty item.so this job gets put inline like the rest of the 15-20 bikes mean while I got company to warranty parts and and I told her I would do half labor, then covid-19 hit shortly after which put everyone in stand still. we where waiting on part. then customer called or text thru out always talked to her for texted her back. then she ask for my cart and it was in back if garage with a dead battery with stuff on it. I told her this and I said no I didn't have time to mess with it im sorry! Then she sent me something the mail that made no sense, then I got this Revdex.com letter in the mail. she hasn't returned any calls and and this put her cart on limbo. now she's being charged storage fees from the first time I called sense 4/6/20 been calling. she been ignoring my caller text! she has accumulated storage fees and those storage fees are at 1225.00 to 5/11/2020 so im sorry. we will fix her cart when part arrives and she will have the bill due as I told her it was going to be plus storage fees. we as shop did nothing wrong we tried to help her we didn't have to do anything but we wanted to help her out! so with all due respect there's nothing can due besides what is in this letter.
I have pics of the the tires, and body and the motor she seized up from no maintenance. we also have texts and notes we are not responsible for people not doing what they are suppose to with any vehicle everything requires certain maintenance.

VEHICLE OWNER'S RESPONSIBILITIES
Vehicle owners must properly used, maintained and care for as determined by AHA Motorsports Inc.
Owner must service vehicle according to a AHA Motorsports Inc accepted service schedule
Owner must Maintain all service records of work performed to vehicle.
Only an authorized AHA Motorsports Inc dealer or service center can perform warranty repairs.
Periodic service and inspections are considered regular maintenance and not reimbursable
All warranty repairs require authorization by AHA Motorsports Inc.
All AHA products require an initial dealer pre-delivery inspection and set up to ensure proper operation and safety
