directly by Jolean's Outlet regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
They sent me an e-mail on April *, 2015 stating they would send me a prepaid label and they never did. The problem is that the product cost was $57.94 and they charged me $9.50 to shipped the product to me. If I have to pay to send it back, the total shipping costs is $19.00 plus the $57.94. I'm paying for a product that I did not order. To spend $19.00 in shipping plus $57.94 equal $76.94. I don't even trust to send the product back but if they did give me a refund I would lose $19.00.

Review: I returned the shirts that I bought from this business on December [redacted] 2014, the order number is [redacted], the refund should have been made a month ago, I don’t know whats going on. The company should have refund me for $328.90, I have been emailing them and trying to call but no one is answering or replying. I have a confirmation from [redacted] that the shirts were in fact returned.

Review: I ordered form this company's website what I thought to be an authentic Ralph Lauren Polo Shirt -- black shirt w/big white polo horse and number on sleeve. The image that was listed on the website for this item was shown exactly how I listed above. I ordered this item (Order Number: [redacted]) on August [redacted] and received it via [redacted] on August [redacted] - shipping number [redacted]. The return phone number was listed as [redacted]. The shirt that I did in fact receive was fake. I called the customer service number listed on their website: [redacted] - ###-###-####. The phone just rang and rang -- eventually, the voice mail picked up with a very generic greeting - not mentioning the company's name. I left them a vm message and indicated that I worked for lawyers and I would be pursuing and prosecuting to the fullest extent of the law for selling fraudulent Ralph Lauren shirts ([redacted]). Since my voice message, I [redacted] this company and there are tons of fraud reviews/complaints on this company. I've seen several that said if you send the item back to the store, you will not get your money or your product returned -- not happening here. They have 48 hours to respond to my voicemail. I want an official return address and legitimate point of contact name/phone number. If I do not here from them, the company and store will be on the news for fraud and essentially theft. Not only is the item fake, they sent me a black shirt with a red horse and number -- polar opposite of the picture on website. Please put this company on your radar and I want help w/a resolution asap. The total this fake item cost me is $52.35. To add fuel to the fire, the name on my bank statement for this charge is "Bargin Mania" and the name on my email confirmation, [redacted] shipping label and website is "Jolean's Outlet". Please advise on next steps.Desired Settlement: REFUND IMMIEDIATELY!!!

Review: Ordered 2 bottles of White Diamond Eau De Perfume on March *, 2015. Received an invoice stating product ordered 2 white diamonds by elizabeth Taylor 1.7 oz Eau De Parfum Spray. Order #[redacted].Instead I received 1 Large bottle of elizbeth taylor Eau De Toilette spray. Website and invoice reported false advertisement. I did not order a cheaper fragance of Eau De Toilette and I ordered 2 bottles of Eau De Parfum which is not the same as Eau De Tolitte. They sent me an RMA # but not a prepaid shipment label which advertised for returns a prepaid shipping label. I do not want to have to pay for shipping on both ends due to their false advertisement. I want my full refund.I have documentation showing proof what I ordered and their invoice showing what I ordered. They are difficult to reach by phone or email.Desired Settlement: I paid per their invoice 2 bottles ea White Diamonds by Elizbeth Taylor 1.7oz $28.97 ea total for 2 $57.94 plus $9.50 shipping charges.

Review: I ordered a Burberry Men's Polo Shirt from this merchant through their website on April **, 20** at a cost of $81.05.

When I received this item I found it to be fake. I immediately emailed the merchant my disappointed complaint and the photos of the fake logo that's on the polo. We agreed that I sent it back for a refund. Having spoken on the phone with a person by the name of "Mike" and agreed with him on that the refund plus the cost of shipping back the item to them would be credited to my [redacted] account, the item was sent back to them on May ** and delivered by [redacted] on May ** and was signed for. Since then I have had numerous phone calls and email messages asking for my refund, and every time I was promised that it was being processed but up till this moment no refund was made. My last attempt was on August ** and still nothing was credited.Desired Settlement: The refund of the cost of the item and the cost of shipping it back: 81.05 + 11.25 = $92.30

Review: I returned merchandise and never received a credit for it. I spoke with 2 people over the course of 3 months, both promised to take care of the problem and notify my. They never did. Called today and the person who answered the phone hung up on me after I gave him the order number and started to explain the problemDesired Settlement: I want them to refund my money.

Review: On October [redacted], I purchased a Burberry Women's Brit Multi-Color Shirt from Joleans Outlet.

Order # [redacted] in the amount of $110.65. I've tried contacting the company on numerous occasions but have not been successful. No one answers the [redacted] number. I've also left messages on the voice mail service. Lastly, I sent two separate emails to" '[redacted]' and no one has responded or contacted me.

At this point, they can keep their merchandise and issue me a full refund.Desired Settlement: Refund – of the amount paid for products or services if they were not delivered or were unsatisfactory

Review: This company sold me 4 Lacoste shirts, they assured me that is was 100% authentic , once they arrived it was very obvious that it was Fake, so I contacted the company they told me to to just return them back and they will issue me a full refund. So they provided me the return shipping address, so I did and I provided them the tracking ( [redacted]) Signed for and confirmed by [redacted], so its been almost 2 weeks , I called, called, no answers, I wrote to them 4 emails, they reply ( Will answer within 2 days ) Until now, Nothing. Review: I purchased a shirt form this company online. The wrong shirt was sent to me. I immediately sent the merchandise back within 15 days as stated on this company's website. I called and got the proper instructions on how to return merchandise. The return policy is also on the website but I still wanted to make sure I did the proper thing. I sent the merchandise back and their company received it October **, 2015. It has now been over 17 business days since I have received the refund.I contacted your customer support and when I inquired about my refund status I was hung up on. I called numerous times to only get a voicemail stating I would get a return call but that NEVER happen. I continued to call. One day a man a man finally picked up. I asked about my refund and he told me I would get it November *, 2015. That never happen. I continued to call but NO RESPONSE! I have sent 7 emails with NO RESPONSE. I only get a automated response that someone will be in touch in 24 hours. NEVER happen. It is really sad that companies are out here doing these things. Took the funds, sent wrong merchandise, I send it back and they NEVER give me my money.They told me to make sure order number and RMA was included on refund.Order # [redacted] # [redacted].PLEASE HELP ME!Desired Settlement: PLEASE REFUND MY MONIES PAID FOR SHIRT.SHIRT WAS $119 there was 15% discount.They have CC info that the refund is due to.Thanks for your attention!
