Hi George, I need to open this case again back in early September on Sept 8th [redacted] sent me an email stating my photo album would ship out this week and that she would send me an tracking codeSince then I have emailed her several times, called her two times leaving messages and had the make up girl who did my make up on my shoot text her too and she hasn't responded to nothingI made payments on two credit cards - two payments of $on my [redacted] card and $on my [redacted] cardThe album is worth $and that is all I want now I wish I could get a full refundThis has been the worst customer service I ever had and I have a very strong belief I am not the only client she done this too and that she is still working with new clientsShe is not a good business person and shouldn't be in business if she does this to people.Please help me she doesn't respond to me and I am tired of nightmareShe will give an excuse of something but wont go into detail she is a joke! I will write a [redacted] comment regarding her I don't want anyone else to have to go through what I have gone through.Thank you for your help in advance!

The album is worth $1200 and that is all I want now I wish I could get a full refund. This has been the worst customer service I ever had and I have a very strong belief I am not the only client she done this too and that she is still working with new clients. She is not a good business person and shouldn't be in business if she does this to people.

I was very sorry to hear she was disappointed. This client and I arranged payment installments on a portrait album and digital images. In this case I was unclear about the turn-around time for receiving these products after the final payment was processed. I have called this person to apologize for...

the delay in processing her order and for my customer service not being stellar, I truly apologize. After speaking with her, I think we are both on the same page and we mutually agreed to move forward in finishing our business together.

Review: I made my final payment on the selected album almost 2 months ago and have been unable to contact seller regarding when I will be receiving said album. I've left numerous messages, sent several emails and texts and have not received a single response. All I'd like to know is when I can expect the album or get a full refund if pictures are no longer available. This entire process, which started over a year ago, has been incredibly frustrating!!!!!Desired Settlement: I would like to know when I can expect my album and if the pictures are gone, would like a full refund of the money I've paid.

Review: Did 3 payments last payment was taken on June 1st haven't seen the edits doesn't return text or voice message. I'm all paid up. I'm extremely disappointed in the entire experience $1,800 worth.Desired Settlement: Not sure what can she do for me the customer?

Review: In May of 2015, we paid over $2000 up front for a product that was never delivered. We were supposed to receive proofs no later than July of 2015, which were never received for review. For the past 6 months, she has ceased responding to all forms of communication we have attempted, including email, phone messages and texts. We are currently pursuing legal action to get our money refunded.Desired Settlement: We would prefer to have the product delivered as promised, but with compensation for the delay in delivery, refusal to respond to attempted communication and our trouble for trying to get this matter resolved. Barring this, a full refund is in order, plus interest for time our money has been held without delivery of the product.

In addition, if this is not resolved quickly and we have to continue with legal proceedings to reach a resolution, we want all legal and court fees reimbursed.

Review: On July 21st, 2015, I ordered portraits from [redacted] (owner of Joleen Vincent Photography) and paid her for them. She agreed to deliver them within 1 month. Six days later, my check was cashed.

It has been over 5 months, and I still have not received any product. I have sent her 2 certified letters, left several voicemail messages, sent her emails to 2 different addresses, and submitted a request through her website for a refund.

Joleen will not respond to any of my requests, and so I am forced to take her to small claims court.Desired Settlement: I am requesting to be made monetarily whole:

1) a refund for the product ordered that was not produced

2) a refund of the sitting fee.

To have these portraits re-taken, I will have to pay a new photographer another sitting fee.
