Review: Ok at place I ordered a U-haul we got the U-haul and everything was fine until about 2 hours after we got it they called us and sad that they messed up and we need to bring back the U-Haul and we would get a new U-haul and they would give us a discount but instead of giving us a discount and a new U-Haul they fully charges for that one and they made us pay for a new one even though we only use that one for about two hours until they called us and asked us to return it and I still have the receipt for both purchasesDesired Settlement: I would like to be refunded for the first or the second u-haul - the usage of gas and an apology from the company.

Review: I went to this field print fingerprinting location on April 29th to have field print finger prints done. I showed up with 2 forms of ID and informed the girl that my license would be expiring in a few days, so we need to make sure that this gets done correctly. I got a call from field print telling me that the photo that was taken had to be re-done due to the fact that the background was not against a white wall. This was for employment purposes and had to be completed by May 22nd. I will not have a photo ID again until I move to Florida on June 3rd. I showed up and informed the girl that field print was informing me that it was done incorrectly and she needed to do it again. The girl calls me after I left and tells me to come in tomorrow and her boss would take care of it. I made another 30 minute drive back to the location to be told they would not be able to do the picture again due to the expired ID. The lady got field print on the phone and the lady from field print told me to go get my temporary ID. I went and got a temporary ID and called back to reschedule, only to find out that they also failed to tell me the temporary ID had to have a picture (which PA does not). So, at this point not only has this location wasted my time, but they have also wasted my money. Now, I won't be able to make the important deadline and I hope to God I still have a job to go to when I get to Florida. This location displayed a complete disregard for my concern when I went in there upset about the fact that I had to return in the first place. The bosses excuse was that the girl is new. Well she clearly was not trained well enough to know what is required for providing that service. Their lack of following field print procedure should not have been my problem, but it quickly became my problem to deal with. Field print is also at fault for this matter also. I am a VERY busy person and the fact that this location wasted my time is what has me the most upset. Something that should have taken 5 minutes turned into a multi-day multi-trip affair that should NOT have happened.Desired Settlement: I want refunded any portion of the money that this location was given by field print of what I paid for this service.

Review: For several years I have had this mail service, I order packages there and several times I have not received my packages at a certain time a particular person works there. I asked them and also the USPS to investigate why my package are not getting to me (I think it is theft) no one seems to care or do anything about it. As though I'm going to just forget about it. So I am filing a complaint against this company in hopes that there is a resolution to this complaint either my money for the item or my package or packages this happens to often not to file a complaint no seems to cares all they say is file a claim when they no USPS will not touch their boxes that are in their business. I should be able to receive any package I order and pay for with not interruptions as to not getting what I ordered and paid for, this is a business and it happens too often not to file a complaint.Desired Settlement: I would like for the owner of the business to refund me for my hair dryer and to practice better business ethics. I know that they are aware of what is going on. The USPS shows proof that the package was delivered and what time it was delivered. I have a copy on my phone of the delivery and time I can mail any information in I also have filed a complaint with USPS and they filed a complaint with consumer investigations. I also have investigation numbers with USPS and will file with Attny Gen.

Review: On March 3rd, 2014 I went to Jolene's Post Pack and Ship, located at 101 Atlas Crossings Rd. Uniontown, PA 15401 to ship a package via Fed Ex to [redacted]. The package was never received and according to Fed Ex was never picked up from that location. A shipping label was generated, but a scan showing the package was picked up by a Fed Ex driver never occurred. We contacted the business on several occasions. Jolene told us she would contact the driver and get back to us. No follow up calls were ever received. We also requested that a claim be filed for the lost package, which Jolene said she would file. This also never happened. After asking her to file the claim a second time, I filed a claim as a third party. Jolene also told us that she would put copies of the claim forms in the mail to me, which once again I never received any paperwork. On all of my dealings with this company, I never received any follow up calls when promised, never received confirmation that a claim for the lost package was ever filed, never received copies of claim paperwork that I was assured would be mailed to my home address, even after physically going to this business in person to get some customer service. My requests were never denied, but nothing was ever done either, I was told, Yes, I'll file the claim, yes, I will call the driver, yes I will call you back and let you know the status of your delivery, yes I will mail you copies of the paperwork, BUT NOTHING WAS EVER DONE. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS NON EXISTENT.Desired Settlement: I feel that I should be reimbursed for the shipping cost to Fed Ex and the contents of my package. I have documentation verifying the contents and a copy of the shipping receipt.I feel that once I dropped my package at Jolene's Post Pack and Ship, and it is left under their care, custody, and control, they are responsible to make sure the package is turned over to the Fed Ex driver.
