If I could give these people a -0 stars I would. My child went to the Colorado state wind symphony competition with her school. We received a text message along with many parents that the photos were up and ready for the band. When we went to the link we found that they had put a photo of our minor child in which you could look right up her dress and at her crotch. This is pornography. My child was mortified that anyone could have access to this photo to purchase and screenshot. She refused to come out of her room and bed. Shame on these people who call themselves professionals! Professionals in what child pornography?! I emailed the band director and the company immediately to have it removed. I get a one line response without any address to myself or anyone nor did they sign it. The simply wrote “the photo has been taken down.” Really professional on their part. They didn’t even apologize. Don’t they proof their photos beforehand? Don’t they edit? Apparently they shoot them and just put them up. Do NOT ever get any photos from them your child could be next.

When looking at the original order it was custom cropped which means that the customer chose the cropping grids that were used. It is not uncommon for a customer to think that they are zooming in to look at a photo and not realize that this is actually how your image will be printed. As far as I know this problem has been resolved as we did resubmit the order at no charge for the customer.
