I have re-read the Customer's Statement of the problem and I really did not remember exactly all customers came to our shop at that dayBut if related to the detail of having the two polices came to our shop, I do
remember about that customerI do state that, we did not serve her any service on that dayShe came to our shop with her nails almost removed from another nails shopIt seem to be done just a few time before she cameThat why it not easy to be remove the powder on her nailsMy employee asked her many times, what would she wants to doBut she did not answer, continuing listening the music from her phone, ignore to reply our question about her nailsWhen the manicurist use the instrument to remove the powder on her nailsShe denied that wayWe suggested shocking her nails into acetoneshe disagreed tooWe can not do anything on her nails at that time and we denied to serve herShe call police, and they came to our shopAfter hearing my explanation the two polices ( lady and gentlemen) went outside my shop, talked with her ( at that time she was still standing before our shop) and asked her leaving outI again do state that we did not charge her anything on that dayBest regards *** ***- The Owner of JolieNails & Spa

The customer nails got allergy with the products used for doing her Artificial nails.

that customer's can get allergies with certain products. We request that the consumer come in directly so we can resolve the issue with her.

As I have talk with you on the phone related to the complaint of Mr. & Mrs. [redacted], I also did talk with him on the phone for solving his wife's issue. Now I send this check for his compensation requirement. Please help me contact with them for receiving the check.
His wife did come to take pictures of all supplies we did use to do her nails on that day. I suggest her to have another review on yelp pay for our solving the problem. Thank you very much for helping Mr. [redacted].

I did make a call to the Revdex.com information Specialist and the Customer right after I received the letter sent from Revdex.com (May 08,2015). I did apologize for the trouble happened to her nails and wrote a check with the total amount is $177 according to her demand and sent to Revdex.com. She did come to our shop on May 11,2015 for taking pictures of all product containers kept at our shop The customer got her nails done with artificial nails. I explained to her, these products have been used for alot of customers, nothing happened to them. we bought the products from nails supply contribution with the trade mark on it. She told me she did remove the artificial nails by herself and by the way soaking her nails deep in to the container with acetone during 6 hours, and I think that caused her nails to be worse because she got reflection with the chemical. Anyway I do apologize for all inconveniences happened to you. Please contact with Revdex.com for receiving the check. By the way, we would like to suggest the customers come back to our your shop after 24 hours if anything happened to you, let us checking, repairing, solving the problem and discussing before posting your comments on yelp page or giving complaint to Revdex.com Thank you very much

Review: PRIOR TO COMING TO THIS NAIL SHOP THE WEEK BEFORE TO GET A FULL SET GEL POLISH, AND INFORMING THE MANICURIST I AM ALLERGIC TO ACETONE SHE STILL PROCEEDED TO DIP MY HANDS IN ACETONE.FROM THE MOMENT I WALKED IN THE SHOP THEY ( ALL THE MANICURIST SITTING IN CHAIRS WITH TABLES) WERE VERY RUDE AND VERY BOSSY AND VERY PUSHY. THEY INSISTED THAT I GET GEL NAILS AGAIN, BUT I WAS NOT INTERESTED DUE TO THE FACT THAT I PURCHASED THAT THE WEEK PRIOR TO THIS VISIT. SO I PROCEEDED TO PICK OUT MY OWN COLOR OF CHOICE, AND THEN WAS ASKED TO SIT AT AN OPEN CHAIR. AS I'M SITING AT A CHAIR THE MANICURIST THEN BEGINS TO LOOK AT MY NAILS AND STARTS TO FILE DOWN TO OLD SET SINCE I AM REQUESTING A NEW FULL SET, WHICH SHE DISPLAYED TO HAVE AN ATTITUDE ABOUT. SHE BEGINS YANKING MY HANDS AND FILING AND RIPPING A FEW NAILS OFF AND POPPING OFF THE OTHERS, SHE THEN BEGINS TO PLACE A NAIL OVER THE ACRYLIC SHE PUT ON LAST WEEK. I ASKED HER NOT TO DO SO SHE BEGIN TO ARGUE WITH ME AS SHE STOPPED PLACING THE NAIL ON MY FINGER, SHE THEN PULLED OPEN THE DRAWER WITH HOSTILITY AND PLACED THE ACETONE IN A GLASS JAR WHEN I TOLD HER NO,I'M ALLERGIC SHE THEN SMACKED MY HAND AND FORCED MY FINGER IN THE ACETONE. I THEN REMOVE MY FINGER FROM THE ACETONE WITH IT BURNING AND ANOTHER MANICURIST WALKED UP AND SAID "THEY WERE TOO BUSY TODAY WE CAN NOT DO FOR YOU". (WHICH I FELT VERY OFFENDED BY.) "I'M ASKING YOU TO LEAVE." SO I WALKED OUT AND PROCEEDED TO CALL THE POLICE TO MAKE AN REPORT AND SO. THESE MANICURIST ARE VERY RUDE AND PUSHY. THEY DEMAND YOU TO UPSALE AND ARE VERY DISRESPECTFUL. THEY ARE VERY IGNORANT AND DO NOT TAKE THE CUSTOMERS CHOICE INTO CONSIDERATION. Review: This business is using MMA chemicals in their products. My wife had a allergic reaction to their fiberglass acrylic nails. Her fingers became itchy, swollen, and developed blisters. I found a few articles online and on web md on how to test for the MMA chemicals and all of the tests came to the conclusion that there is MMA chemicals in their products.Desired Settlement: I would love to have a refund for the nails that she only had on for less than 24hrs as well as to be reimbursed for the products I had to buy to get the nails removed and to help ease the pain from the blisters totaling $57 for everything as well as compensation for my wife having to miss work because of the blisters on her fingers. She works as a behavioral therapist and she has to use her hands all day with her clients and has to miss work because of this issue

I am rejecting this response because: As a business owner to try and educate and talk down to your customers is bad customer service. I feel no empathy at all and feel that the compensation that is being provided is to keep us shut so your business doesn't get a bad publicity. If the down talking wasn't in the response then I wouldn't have rejected the message. I will change my response on yelp when I get an actual heart felt apology and not being talked down to. I do not appreciate you talking down to my wife and then talking about her in a language she doesn't understand. She felt she was being talked about in a negative way and that is very unprofessional. I appreciate the financial compensation but the belittling is not appreciated
