To whom it may concern, First let me begin by saying that we have been in the business of repairing and selling new and used tires since the mid 1980’sIt’s not until recently that we are trying to move ahead with the technological age of having a websiteWe are looking into getting the website corrected because that was contracted out and we aren’t responsible for any misprintsThis consumer knew very well from the beginning that we don’t do alignmentsOne of the first things we do with our customers is ask them how can we help themShe said that she wanted an alignment, then the four tires that came mounted on the car taken off and four other tires that she brought in mounted on to her car along with the balancing of the four tiresShe was clearly advised that we don’t do alignmentsShe was early on quoted $for the service of working with a total of eight tires and the balancing of themShe didn’t say ok immediately, she made a phone call and then said okShe voluntarily left the car at her own free will for something that could have easily taken less than an hourWe have no need to purposefully lure in customers via advertisementsIf that was our practice we would have been out of business a long time agoMy location of business is not a large location and the consumers have always been able to see upfront what we do with their propertyImmediately as soon as you come to our location you can identify that there is no sort of alignment equipment on the premises and we have no other location of business eitherThis consumer chose to move forward with the services that we do provideThere is no need for us to say that we will give her a service that isn’t available especially when the majority of our business is returning customersLong Branch isn’t s large town and as a long time merchant that lives in the same town there is no choice but to be honest, open and upfront from the start with my neighbors

She didn’t say ok immediately, she made a phone call and then said ok. She voluntarily left the car at her own free will for something that could have easily taken less than an hour. We have no need to purposefully lure in customers via false advertisements. If that was our practice we would have been out of business a long time ago.
