Troy Jolley sold my husband and I a water softener and water purifying system with installation for our well for $ He also sold us a tankless water heater with installation for $ For the past five years, Troy Jolley has been a trustworthy service provider for our home and rental propertyHe asked us to pay for the products we purchased before the installationDue to our previous association, we thought nothing of itLater we found that the sale of the purification system was based on a fraudulent water report that stated we had arsenic and ecoli in our well waterHe also presented us with a bogus letter from an "Agency For Health Protection and Promotion" that stated our water was not safe to drink Troy Jolley did not show up for the scheduled installation of our systems on two different appointment timesWe have called him repeatedly with no response other than the initial call when he asked us for more moneyWe have not received our water softener or water heaterWe are out $with nothing to show for it We have since learned that the business address does not house his business and there is no business license on file
