Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever dealt with! The owner is absolutely horribleWe spent almost $on a inflatable bouncy houseWhen we ordered the bouncy house we were told pick up time was at darkWhen they delivered it we were told pick up time was at 6:(it doesnt get dark at 6:btw) but we went ahead and had it set upat 5:they came back to take it downI asked the gentleman just to confirm the pick up time and he acknowledged they were there more than half and hour earlyHowever he basically shrugged and took it down anywayI called the owner to let her know what happened because I don't feel like we got what we paid forAfter explaining to her what happened she offered me a coupon for my next bouncy house?!!! When I explained that wasn't acceptable she hung up on me!!!

Our website is accurate and it is also up-to-date, our delivery area section states and I quote, "Our party rental area includes, but delivery areas are subject to change at any time." Also the very first question on our FAQ's page states, "Delivery areas are subject to change or stop due to the rising costs of fuel." When we ordered the bouncy house we were told pick up time was at dark. When they delivered it we were told pick up time was at 6:30. (it doesnt get dark at 6:30 btw) but we went ahead and had it set up. at 5:50 they came back to take it down. I asked the gentleman just to confirm the pick up time and he acknowledged they were there more than half and hour early. However he basically shrugged and took it down anyway...... I called the owner to let her know what happened because I don't feel like we got what we paid for. After explaining to her what happened she offered me a coupon for my next bouncy house?!!!
